I truly love this place and it is my favorite winery in Hendersonville but their group billing policy sucks. Take 30 more seconds to split the bill and add 20 percent to each bill because trying to split a bill with 8 plus people ruins friendships and is not necessary. Especially if we don’t know ahead of time which happened to us. Please y'all change this policy for the love of your community!

We had a large group for a Friday afternoon reservation, with a designated area outside set up with covered tables. When we arrived it was during a downpour which we felt would put quite a damper on things. Management was accommodating by offering us an inside area in addition to the outside section. All staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank you in particular to the wait staff who were patient and gracious during our disorganization and disarray figuring out our food and drink selections. Really just a great place and a wonderful experience.

Sits on a hilltop with beautiful views. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the half cheese board which was perfect for the two of us. My wife had the seasonal tasting of five wines which she enjoyed. I’m not much of a wine connoisseur so I had a Hefeweizen which was great. Overall perfect experience.

Beautiful relaxing winery. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of wines. Note: most are on the dryer side, which we love. Great location, easy to get to with easy parking. Definitely one of the best in the area!

Discovered this beautiful Flat Rock winery over the weekend when I attended a family wedding. The event coordinator, Hannah is a consummate professional - thinking quickly to accommodate changes due to windy weather, and acting as the voice of reason as those around her had several moments of confusion (and maybe a bit of panic). If I could hire her to coordinate my daily life, I would! Additionally, if you want to be wowed by a charcuterie display, you have found the right person! (Wish I had a supporting photo.) She is the shining star 🌟 of the Marked Tree team! Thank you, Hannah for making a special occasion EXTRA special!

Didn’t even get to try what they had. I was told at the bar I needed to sit at a table to order a beverage even though the bartender had just topped off two other people(who were not seated at table) at the time I was about to order. Was really disappointed, I really wanted to give them my business but maybe they didn’t want mine. It made me feel like they just didn’t want to serve me drinks so I left.

The website is perhaps the poorest of any business on line. What events are scheduled? Entertainment? This appears to be a significent disconnect with the owners concern for sharing current events with customers and the general public.

Beautiful views of the vineyard and mountains. The wine list was extensive and everything was well priced! Highly recommend!
