I ordered a Dulce De Leche Frappe. I got a Caramel Frappe. I thought since the people that were working there were predominantly Spanish, they would know the difference between Caramel and Dulce De Leche. Considering Dulce De Leche is a Spanish Dish!

Incompetent AF! ordered 3 HAMBURGERS with Mac Sauce, received 3 CHEESEBURGERS in a HAMBURGER side wrapper. What a disappointment, just when you think the smoke has cleared from the last debacle, low and behold this location still can't deliver the right order or the ambition to even try to get it right.

The male manager that was working 1st shift last weekend was absolutely and completely unprofessional and frankly just disrespectful. Apparently you are not allowed to have any opinions that are not exactly pleasant!!! If you have any kind of complaint no matter how justified it is he just raises his voice like his opinions are more important then the customers!! I recommend you go to ANY other locations other then this one!! Not to mention we were all displaced because of the hurricane. We were going through enough and just wanted some breakfast we didn't need the disrespect that we received.

Do not recommend, after reading the reviews and my experience I will not be back. Always give my code upfront, this time to apply a 20% off coupon, ordered a basket of fries, large coke, med sweet tea, and med iced coffee, on the screen it showed the total of 12.77, and I didn't catch the extra fry he had added. Before driving away, my total changed to 10.64 (due to the coupon), and as I pulled away I noticed the screen changed and the total went back to 12.77. Pulled on to the window and the guy didn't know what to do, so the manager come over and I explained what happened and he pretty much told me I was wrong and continued to tell me that the app did not mess up and would not apply the 20% discount. The fries were not even good. One of the most rude experiences I've ever had, just makes me wonder if he is pocketing that discount money. Will definitely not be back.

Excited because of the glass advertised, and get it and nothing but plastic cup. How disappointing. Also we got a mobile order, so why to they not bring out in cup holder when ordering more than 2 drinks. Not sure what kind of car they drive with more than two cup holders in the front seat. But not mine.

It says that they open at 5am me and my husband get there and waited 20 minutes and no one said anything and there was people in there just walking around about 5 cars left. We ended up having to drive to the other one on Spartanburg hwy.

I won’t be back. Before I went to Myrtle Beach I went in Drive Thru to get my mom a Large Frozen Coke they didn’t have it and the manager came to window to tell me that. You don’t need the manager for that so I left and went to Spartanburg Hwy of course they had it. Gonna buy all Mrs Laura’s drinks from that side of town from now on. Plus this McDonald’s always seems to mess up DoorDash orders we get texts from customers who order from here that they messed up the order. Yeah I’m done.
