This location is connected to a gas station so the drive-thru is a bit tricky. Wasn't busy at 11am. Waited approximately 5 minutes to order, another 12 minutes to get food. Only ordered 2 McDoubles, one of them PLAIN for my pup. Neither were plain and tons of salt visible on both. 🤷♀️😔

Okay, so I grabbed a McDonald's burger yesterday, thinking it would be a safe bet. Big mistake. I was halfway through when I felt something weird in my mouth. I pulled it out, and it was a hair—thick, dark, and definitely not mine. My stomach flipped. I gagged, right there in the restaurant. The manager offered a refund, but honestly, I just wanted to scrub my mouth out with bleach. I'm talking full-on repulsion. I can't even look at a burger the same way now. Avoid this place unless you want a side of hair with your meal.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! After waiting in line for HALF AN HOUR the employees completely ignored the drive thru line that was wrapped around the building! Each car took forever to be waited on. The employees were not friendly and after all of this I didn't even get my full order! Half was missing even though id paid for it! This is common here!
If you're looking for something to eat, go somewhere else. Go to a nice, sit down restaurant. You'll be served much faster than going to this place.
If you DO go here, be prepared to wait A LONG TIME! If you're in a hurry, God help you.

My daughter (2yrs old) and I visited this location on upward rd. (We are from SC) We over heard employees talking about another employee who is a young caucasian man who was doing his job ( I say his race bc I was asked when I spoke to a manager,who seemed not to care.) The employees were speaking Spanish and some English about this employee. I told the manager that it is bullying,rude,disrespectful,emotionally distressed (for said employee). I should not be able to hear employees speaking on other employees (or bullying) I had to explain to my 2yr old that it is not okay for ANYONE to bully another….i think I will keep climbing the ladder to advocate for this young man (maybe I’ll go back and let him know) since the manager did not seem concerned, I told her she should go back to look at cameras and listen.

Don’t know what happened seems it’s hit or miss messed up my order had drive back manger fixed it. Next time I came food cold burgers tasted like they over cooked dry fries cold couldn’t get my drink right. Gone for breakfast been good . Just sad what has happened to fast food places these days . Seems depending on the crew that’s working if good or not . Corporate needs train better and take care people then maybe food be better
It’s hit or miss depending on who is working. Some days it’s quick and you get what you ordered and other days it’s very slow.

This is the fastest McDonalds I have experienced, and I have been occasionally coming here the past 6 months! The employees are also kind and will listen to your needs, you never have to repeat yourself, and your food always comes out hot !

This store does not understand English when taking order the management think that is a racist to say but if don't understand English how can take my order might as well be def they never get the second patty on a double quarter and charge you for it but the owner does nothing to clean up the place the bath room ceiling is falling in and closed to the men at this very moment cause lack of management they will take your money call you racist if say anything to them that is very unprofessional professional to hide behind

I ordered on the app and I put in for my quarter pounder to be plain with no bun, got home and it had a bun sticking to my cheese which peeled it away from the meat and mustard was on it
