I get breakfast on the weekends, the crew is super nice and smiling and the service is fantastic! The food is good quality and the prices are much lower than the Columbus store.

I Order on the app 10 minutes before I get there, “press I’m already here” so I don’t have to wait, I get pulled up and have to wait over 15 minutes. so they’ve had the order for well over 20 minutes and only 3 cars in drive thru. employees don’t understand simple request like a STRAW, she had to get a manager to hand me a straw for my drink. really went down hill in the past year or so, there’a no way their holding up their drive times and customer service.

Update 3/20/24: Great food friendly service. ------- Still eating at McDonald's, as they always have great food. But we now eat in our car. Always great food.
We were on a roadtrip and wanted to stop and grab something quick, as well as use the restroom. I used the mobile app to get a double cheeseburger and a six piece nugget deal (I think it was buy one, get one) and a McChicken. We put the order in minutes within arriving, used the restroom, and got our food within minutes. I ordered the double cheeseburger with no mustard and pickles, and it was made correctly, which I always appreciate. The McChicken and nuggets were good, as expected. The service was quick, and the food was good.

I pulled up at 10:57 waited behind a truck I pulled up and it was 10:59 I sat at the intercom for a whole minute and decided to pull up just to be told they are closed. I explained I was sitting behind the truck waiting and was at the intercom before 11:00 (even though it says they close at 12:00) just to get told "no you was not" a Manger pretty much telling me I was lying. That's no way to talk to a customer. This place has really bad service! A lot of workers are REALLY RUDE that alot of people deal with daily.
