We’ve had the buffet before and it was wonderful. Dined there the other night and the food was very disappointing and they were understaffed.

Beautiful setting at the edge of mountains to take that special someone for a special treat. Prime rib sliced to order, omelette bar, various gourmet breakfast and lunch dishes. Leave room for an excellent selection of desserts. Great place to go for a Sunday drive. (Make reservations well in advance.)Kid-friendliness: Your kids better mind their manners.

From the very first moment we stepped foot into the building, we felt that the staff didn’t think we belonged there. We are a young couple and we were staying AT the resort and thought to try the restaurant’s dinner. We are both under 21, and we knew we did not want to or were able to order alcoholic beverages. Well, as soon as we got to our table one of the waiters came by and snatched out wine glasses without saying a word. For the remainder of the night, the only thing we were given to drink was ice water, not even sodas. We thought this might be some restaurant policy so we didn’t say anything. Then we ordered our food, and while the waiter was talkative and playful with all the other tables around us, he kept conversation and pleasantries at a minimum with us, acting almost annoyed for having to wait on us. We got our food, which was very disappointing compared to the breakfast. I could not finish my plate so when the waiter came back I asked him if he could bag it. He took the plate back to the kitchen and gave us the dessert manu. By the end of the night he brought us the check and I asked for my food, he said I did not ask for it to go, and that he was “deeply sorry if I misunderstood you” with the most insincere look on his face. That was over half the meal still left on the plate.Needless to say, it was a terrible experience and really disappointing. It does not represent the rest of the staff at the resort, who were eager to help and provided outstanding service. Mrs. Emma and the breakfast staff were the sweetest and made our days that much better.

We loved our visit at Seasons. The food was absolutely delicious, decor was cozy, warm and inviting. What really made our total experience even better was our waiter Mark Patterson. He knew what to recommend off the menu. His whit and charm just made our whole evening. Kim and David.

The only thing bad about christmas brunch at seasons is that it has to end. And it's way too long until we treat ourselves to the next one. Worth every penny. Every dish is great and then there are some really memorable ones. Even a simple chocolate chip cookie for dessert when we were very full was an eye opener. Highly recommend their buffets!Vegetarian options: This was my first all you can eat brunch since becoming a vegetarian and I was worried I would feel like I had wasted my money. Definitely did not! Left just as full as my meat eating friends and already crave some of the really delicious options, especially the Brussel sprouts and spinach.

Very expensive and questionable quality. Very frustrating when they run out of everything before people are finished visiting buffet. Will go elsewhere next
Took my family here for Thanksgiving because I have seen good reviews. We were all very disappointed with the food served and how terrible certain things tasted. Turkey was completely dry. Desserts were served frozen. Green bean casserole looked like slop and tasted disgusting. I was so embarrassed I took my family here for our Thanksgiving meal.

Had the almond-crusted flounder piccata and the Glogg poached pear salad - they were amazing. There was live music and the waiter was very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommended.
