Gone twice about 30 minutes or more before closing. Employees clearly there and no one ever goes to the window to take your order. Very frustrating. I wasn’t the only car either.

I got a cold brew with mocha syrup that was maybe an inch of cold brew that they added a full cup of ice to and then watered down. There's no reason to add water to cold brew, it was the worst I've ever had and was $7. The kids working there seemed like they would benefit from an actual adult being there, too.

The baristas at this Ingles Starbucks are funny and helpful. My table was wooblie and they tried to fix it but couldn’t so they changed the table for me so I didn’t feel like I was having coffee on a cruise in rough seas. Thanks Alexis and Megan and everyone else for the best coffee ☕️

I'm a gold-tier customer. I have been to Starbucks all over the country and never been charged for NOT getting ice in my iced latte. This place charged me a dollar for not getting ice... a 20% up charge. Ridiculous.

I stop by here almost every morning and I believe the guys name is Andrew he's the absolute best!!! He sees me walk in and starts my coffee. Always says good morning Diana. My daughter also stops here every morning and she said he knows her drink also. There's a Starbucks right next door to me but I drink to 177 just because of Andrew I give him 5 stars...

If you like strong coffee you're in the right place. Make sure you add an espresso shot. I put it in all my hot and cold drinks. I give as 4 because it's a little pricey!!!
