I went to this location last week, the vegetables looked rotten the dining area was dirty and unkempt and one of the workers was outside smoking something that smelt like cannabis 𤢠there are other companies near your store and children are around very inconsiderate and unprofessional

The woman working the evening shift is very rude. It was 30 minutes before closing and this poor old man got YELLED at about how he was paying because the employee had âalready pulled the cash from the registerâ. She was acting like every customer who dared enter her store was an inconvenience because it was within an hour of closing time. I get it, we all want to go home, but when youâre being horrible to people just trying to get dinner maybe you should rethink your career choice.
The man working at least tried to be nice, no issues with him and he did a great job.
I hope a manager sees these and does something, it seems we arenât the only people sheâs been super rude to.
We wonât be back to this location for a while.

We came in just over an hour before close today. The place was super clean and smelled nice. The guy who made our sandwiches was very kind and pleasant. We have a kid with Autism who struggles to make decisions and get words out and he was really patient with her. The lady who was working seemed genuinely perturbed that we had the audacity to choose Subway. I would love to give everybody grace, but we were paying customers and all we did was come and get dinner.

EVERY TIME I order from this location my order is wrong! After 2day I will not be returning to this location. Sucks for me bec this location is 4 mins from my neighborhood.

Entering in the building one side of the door was still lock at 1:30 pm. I was the only person in line and it took over 20 minutes to get 2 cheese pizzas and 1 chicken wrap. My chips and drinks were rang up separate instead of a combo. Also my order was $35.83. I gave the cashier in the store a 50 dollar bill. I was then told he couldnât except the cash money because the rule is, they couldnât take a 50 or 100 dollar bill. No sign was present, stating this. All around dissatisfied, the food was not worth the trouble.

Did an online pickup , get home things are missing and no made correctly. I called to ask for a refund for the missing item and Andrew tells me cannot do that and then hung up on me.

Nobody in store when I showed up, which wasnât a problem since I had an online order. I picked up my sandwich from the rack, grabbed my chips, made my drink and then when leaving an employee appeared to accuse me of theft.

Matthew and Beth deserve a raise you really need to give them a raise because they're the best out of all the workers you have in this store they work productively and their customer friendly they know exactly what reoccur in customers want GIVE THEM A DAMN RAISE
Subway #37036-0 (on Upward Rd in Hendersonville, NC) is usually a great spot with friendly workers. This evening, however, was horrible. The young lady that helped us was incredibly unfriendly, barely spoke to us, made our sandwiches SO sloppy (bread breaking apart, ingredients falling out of the sandwich everywhere, excessive amounts of condiments), and when we politely mentioned that the chicken fell off the chicken sandwich, she just looked at us and wrapped it up, anyway.
Probably won't be back at that store while she works there. Hope she has a better day tomorrow.
Bread was stale and cookies hard!

Came in to get dinner and the only employee was sitting in the dining room eating and looking at his phone. My husband and I waited about 10 minutes no one came out and the employee never said a word to us. I totally understand being on break but if you are the only person in the establishment the least you could do is explain the situation.
Another visit to my favorite subway, Anna as always taking great care of everyone, this is my me time after my 12-14 hrs shifts and y'alls service is a soothing break before I get home. Today Ciara was there with Anna and the service? Top of the line. Thank you all!!!
The new blonde girl with all the stuff on her nose and her face and denied meatballs she's like sorry we ain't got none tell her to go make some and I'll wait. Is she going to tell everybody the walks in the door at 5:00 that she ain't got no meatballs and she ain't going to make none? There wasn't even anyone behind me I would have waited
This only applies for my experience today but I'm pretty certain the guy working was stoned. SLOWEST service I've ever had here.
Went to my neighborhood subway. The 25 year old manager was doing nothing while the old boy sandwich artist hooked it up in style. Manager had a cash only sign on the door up over my 6 foot head. Usually when I open a door Iâm looking at the handle. Just saying. Good ole boy sandwich artist didnât tell me cash only before we started being 20 minutes to close and the only one in subway. He made my sandwich all the way awesome and got to the end and said cash only. Manager doing nothing says sorry cash only. And I say what are you going to do with the sandwich? Response was, âthrow it away.â What a complete waste and let down after you make my sandwich if front of my face. If itâs cash only you should be told before the show even gets started. Itâs a waste for subway, me and the world.
