Came in on a Saturday night. The service was OK. The sub sandwich was made kinda quick. I haven't eaten at a subway in a long time but wanted to try them out since they "fresh cut" their meat. They have noticeably shrunk their sandwiches by length and width. Kinda my fault for asking for salt and pepper, but wow, they didn't hold back on that salt. It made the sandwich not enjoyable. I guess you can say I got my subway fix, so I don't think I'll eat at another one for a while.

Employ was rude, did not want to take care of customers and argued with customer. This site has been out of supplies 3 times in one month. If I were the manager I would be looking for some new employees that care about there customers.

Stopped by around 3pm to pickup a sandwich in between classes. I walked in and the employee was sitting at a table with his sig other. He stated "sorry we are not making any sandwiches" I obviously questioned this since I was standing in said sandwich making facility. The employee then said while sitting down "I have been here since 8am and there are no other employees, I am not making anything until the next employee comes in." I left and will not return. If you can not walk into a sandwich making facility and obtain a sandwich at 3pm in the afternoon, I can not do business with you.

Waiting 45 minutes after promised fulfillment time on a mobile order that was placed for 3 sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous. Partially a 1 star from the order being delayed due to app not updating on issues with order (out of bread ordered) but also 1 star on slow staff fulfilling the order 30 minutes after original pickup time, after replacement option was determined.
Shauna, the Subway manager, was delightful, courteous and helpful. We enjoy the Italian meat lovers sub. The dill pickle chips are addictive. We'll be back.
