I’ve lost faith in humanity when the Waffle House is closed and no bad weather is happening. Y’all go home while there’s nothing falling right now and I’ll go to work. Pansies

Busy Saturday evening and just getting started.. absolutely delicious food, staff were all friendly and smiles, prompt.
Restaurant was clean and smelled nice going in, I felt welcome and safe as a gal dining by herself tonight.
Guy on the grill was killing it, and everyone was getting their orders and drinks taken as soon as they hit the tables. Amazing team at this waffle house. Kudos all around.
Also, my vote for best burger in town. 👍🏻

My boyfriend and I got sat down by the waitress named Luna, handed us our silverware walked away and never came to ask for our drinks nor gave us menus. Probably 10-15 minutes pass by, Luna was just walking back and forth but never came to our table and the cook acknowledged we hadn’t been attended yet so he asked her to take our drink order, she dropped off our drinks and walked off again. She finally came back after a few minutes, took our order but later after never handed us our food. It clearly wasn’t as busy when we were there. She was attending every other customer quicker than us and making conversations with them. The cook instead handed us our food and made sure we had everything we needed. She never checked up on us nor asked if we needed any refills. We never have had this problem before at this waffle house since it’s only a few minutes away from us. Every time we’ve gone we’ve had a good experience. Who knows what her problem is, either she’s stereotypical of people but she clearly needs to be more helpful and acknowledge all the people who come in especially working in customer service. She needs to do a better job.

I have been goin to this one for a bit now and of all the people here Stacy, Taela, and the cook have been nothing but great. Now on first I came in and sat right at the dish pit and Kimmie looked me in the eye and NEVER took my order! Was able to go to the other person and get her to take my order after 10min. I gave it a chance and came back and almost the same thing happened. Same person took 2 tables before coming and even asking me anything.

I stopped in at 1.30 before my shift . That was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at this location. Will not be during those hours ever again. The cook didn’t know what she’s was doing . Stacey did a great job but I’ll be getting my food from the night shift crew from now on with taela and Stacey and Micheal. Cause that was joke
