The service was extremely good the cook was wonderful to watch him prepare our food as we waited and it was a delight to chat with him our food was fast hot delicious

Was it too busy when we first walked in at about 1:00 AM on Saturday night? The waitress came over to us and told us that it was going to be a while she was busy. Didn’t even give us a menu or nothing about 10 to 15 minutes later the Cook walked up to us and asked if she had took our drink order which she had not so then he was kind enough to take it another 25 minutes went by and she finally took our order. She came out with our waffle about 10 minutes after that and we ate our waffle after she had slapped our silverware on the table with no napkin or nothing the cook went out for about five minutes and then came back and they still hadn’t even placed our order. The only good thing that happened was I said just charge us for the waffle and drinks and we are going to just head out because we have been there for so long and they said that everything was on the house for our patients. would not recommend this waffle house. This makes the third time we’ve had bad experiences go to the waffle house in Fletcher. We’ve been going there for two years now and have never had a bad experience.

Waffle House used to be a favorite of mine, I've eaten there for over 40 years. They always had good food at fair prices before. So when a craving hit I headed over and placed a to go order. The place was empty except for one other lady also placing a to go order also. I expected it to be maybe $12 with tip. Boy was I shocked when she rang me up! $17 & change for a couple tablespoons of scrambled eggs with cheese, double hash browns with one slice of cheese between them, they were good but only looked like maybe 1.5 orders, thick cut bacon that was more like salty fried shoe leather! I gave it to my dog it was so nasty! ? They USED to have thin cut bacon that was perfectly crispy and melted in your mouth, now it's thick cut and disgusting. (That's how they justify the price hike I guess!) I don't think the grill had been cleaned, I could taste that salty, briny dirty grill flavor.I gave the waitress a $3 tip for her prompt service. So $20 & change total for about $5 with if food. NEVER AGAIN will I eat there! I don't know how they are still open! Just getting to the place is difficult, you have to cut through two other businesses parking lots if you are coming from the opposite direction and not on their side of the road! Teen thumbs down from me! I wish I could get a refund!

Whoever the girls are working the night of 2/9/24 need new brains or something.Ordered takeout and the estimated completion time was 7:13pm. Arrived at 7:11 and they were waiting for me to get there to say “we are out of gravy do you want to substitute for something else”I said sure a piece of sausage and an extra piece of cheese is fine.Waited 20 more minutes for food to be ready.Was asked if I wanted any sauces and I said no just syrup for the waffle and the girl says “yea the waffles come with syrup”Okay naturally at this point anyone would trust you did your job and I should have everything I asked for.WRONG.Drove 20 minutes home to find 1 slice of cheese (I paid for 2) should have had 3 total. I had no extra sausage. And to no surprise at this point NO SYRUP!????HUHHHHHH.They weren’t even busy and couldn’t complete simple tasks lol….What a disappointing experience.Edit 2/23/2024Went back a 2nd time mobile ordered.Food was on time different people working.Wife picked up the order this time.Same order.This time they didn’t put any cheese, no gravy, and no syrup LOL.This place is an absolute joke.

Was kinda a let down when they had no clean dishes had to make things hard on that z simple bowl they did not
To be fair..... My last visit was on Christmas Day & they were the only restaurant open & they were packed. Overall I'd still recommend anyone to eat here. Usually a good spot to get a late night meal. The staff was friendly and nice.No real complaints here.

Took my sister, who's never been to Waffle House. We had the big breakfast with waffles. I've always been a fan and made one of her! The next day she talked about going out there again for lunch next time. I think she was really impressed.
Normally I’m not a person who comes on here to post an one star review but …Employee told me they couldn’t service me cuz they were getting ready to go on break/next shift coming coming on at 7 am when it was 3:30 am . We requested to go and they denied us please do better ….
