Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

usually zaxbys is really good, but when I pulled up today I got stale fries with 0 seasoning that weren’t even edible + the toast wasn’t good at all🫩. worst experience here by far

Order the new lemon pepper wings they were so dry and hard like they had been cooked all day
Also order a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard and had so much seasoning on it so unedible.. If I was closer to Zaxby's when we found this out I would have took it back I am highly disappointed in both meals . Went through drive-thru at 3:15

First time here. Their chicken strip meal and other chicken dishes were great. The service was good and it wasn't anymore expensive that other places.

Went through drive through. Ordered kids meal with toast and lemonade. Was expecting the regular commercial lemonade.😃but wow. It was actual lemonade with sugar and lemons. Will be stopping at this location when I go home again.

Waited half an hour for curbside that never came!! i finally decided to pull up to the drive thru for my food which they gave to me right away so it must have been sitting there for a while. I had to eat cold food plus no zax sauce either!

We had ordered 4 meals and when we came up to the window they only had one down and then they were offended when we told them there was a misunderstanding. We heard the saying how dumb it was but then they shut their window. We were not rude to them about anything.

Very disappointed at this Baby's. Thermodynamics tasted old, dried out chicken. I've ate at 1 other Baby's but, this one wasn't good at all

Sticky floors. Dry overcooked chicken. Staff was ok. Bathrooms clean.

Friday night we went to Zaxby's for dinner it was late,. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be taken there were 4 girls doing a drive thru order, totally ignored us during this time. After finally ordering our food was in the window for another 10 minutes, while a bunch of highschool kids not employees but the girls friends went behind the counter. We got our food and it was cold. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else.

Worst ever... Under cooked fries... Over cooked wings.. (I think they were cooked earlier and then redropped when I ordered) chicken tenders the same....

We come every 2 weeks as we have a cleaning in area. Just sucks. Tenders tough. Wings re dip and reheat at least 1x prior. Fries undercooked. I thought it was just a one-time, but nope. The same lady is running drive thru .. you can tell gurl doesn't like people. I seen the cook was coming back from trash disposal hitting his non Marijuana vape ..as we were in drive thru. I hope a manager reaches out
