Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We had ordered 4 meals and when we came up to the window they only had one down and then they were offended when we told them there was a misunderstanding. We heard the saying how dumb it was but then they shut their window. We were not rude to them about anything.

Very disappointed at this Baby's. Thermodynamics tasted old, dried out chicken. I've ate at 1 other Baby's but, this one wasn't good at all

Sticky floors. Dry overcooked chicken. Staff was ok. Bathrooms clean.

Their service and food always seems top notch

Friday night we went to Zaxby's for dinner it was late,. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be taken there were 4 girls doing a drive thru order, totally ignored us during this time. After finally ordering our food was in the window for another 10 minutes, while a bunch of highschool kids not employees but the girls friends went behind the counter. We got our food and it was cold. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else.

Worst ever... Under cooked fries... Over cooked wings.. (I think they were cooked earlier and then redropped when I ordered) chicken tenders the same....

We come every 2 weeks as we have a cleaning in area. Just sucks. Tenders tough. Wings re dip and reheat at least 1x prior. Fries undercooked. I thought it was just a one-time, but nope. The same lady is running drive thru .. you can tell gurl doesn't like people. I seen the cook was coming back from trash disposal hitting his non Marijuana vape ..as we were in drive thru. I hope a manager reaches out

Sitting in the drive-through with nothing happening for over eight minutes now going somewhere else.

We came to Zaxbys for a snack and the guy working the window was amazing!!

I got no sauces with my wings and things (as it usually comes with ranch and zax sauce). There was no seasoning on my fries. Toast was hard as a rock. Lastly with this plate, they forgot the celery sticks that go with the meal. I had also got the fried white cheddar bites and there was no sauce with those and the cheese was melted out. This place used to be great but has went down hill. Thanks for ruining my one cheat meal a month.

Zaxby's has always been a greedy company from the very first ones that came to NC. On top of high prices, they want to charge you extra for sauces, and extra for lemonade, which they did not make you aware of until you go to pay. First time eating at this location and likely the last. I will have to say that Hendersonville has one of the worst service industries of anywhere I have ever been. Also recently ate at the location in Lenoir, NC and the service was equally as poor along with the cashier short changing everybody.

Definitely towards the top as far as high quality fast food restaurants in the lineup. Personally, I appreciate that they have the option for grilled chicken as opposed to fried for virtually every menu item. 5/5 🌟, makes a great turd! 😁
