Ordered Buffalo garlic blaze as my sauce and got served barbecue, how do you mess that up? On top of that there was a hole in my cup and my drink leaked the whole way home. Terrible service and experience.

I ordered a chicken finger plate and the slaw was kinda warm and ran over the fries and I asked them why they can’t have it in a bowl anymore and the manager said they aren’t allowed to do that…to me that’s not right
usually zaxbys is really good, but when I pulled up today I got stale fries with 0 seasoning that weren’t even edible + the toast wasn’t good at all. worst experience here by far

Order the new lemon pepper wings they were so dry and hard like they had been cooked all day
Also order a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard and had so much seasoning on it so unedible.. If I was closer to Zaxby's when we found this out I would have took it back I am highly disappointed in both meals . Went through drive-thru at 3:15

Went through drive through. Ordered kids meal with toast and lemonade. Was expecting the regular commercial lemonade.😃but wow. It was actual lemonade with sugar and lemons. Will be stopping at this location when I go home again.
