Delightful stand in the heart of it all in the Asheville airport. Combined with Cinnabon the smells of sugar and butter and dough are downright sinful. The price is the only negative - well that and the utter CHAOS of this airport under construction.

I really wanted a fresh baked pretzel this morning. Unfortunately they don’t start serving them until 11 am. It was interesting watching the process of making them though.

Out of most menu items, manager was rude for no reason when asked what was available, cashier rang combo items individually charged me for them and said i had to pay extra for the missing dips after charging me more for the first the first transaction. Like it's not hard to be nice...

Ridiculous hours for anywhere, let alone an airport.

Busy airport pretzel place. Service was slow. Kids liked the pretzel

Worker was saying to people/passers-by that the pretzels were not good “so people will stop buying them”. They were out of every kind of pretzel but cinnamon. Person at register was rude and short.Buy from the coffee shop instead.

This was some of the worst food I've had in forever. The pretzel was tough and chewy and the cold brew tasted like chocolate milk. I do not recommend!!

Good pretzels, poor service. An employee seemed to be sick; coughing and eating while she got our food.

They don't have sugar free jelly or egg white options and the potatoes are fried. I have been coming here for a few years and as I get older I have thought about my health more and I bet a lot of the clientele that travels through here do as well. I do love the staff and the food you do order is always very good and fast.

Love these pretzels! Was stuck at the airport for two hours with a delay and these pretzel makers were so fun, it made my day

The worst pretzels I've ever had. I took one bite and had to throw the pretzel away. It was crunchy and I could barely bite into it. I tried chewing it and had to spit it out. It tasted like it was 2 days old.

I fly in and out of Asheville Airport alot over the last 5 years. I usually stop by the bar and grab a burger before my flight. Always had great service, very personable and friendly. Well things have certainly changed. The bartender was so rude and nasty, that even though I have been in the service industry for over 20 years, I left her nothing. Not only did she not deserve a tip, she needs to change professions.

This location is a joke. Made us wait 20 minutes for the pretzels to come "out of the oven". Ok great I dont mind waiting for hot food, especially pretzels. Went back 20 minutes later....the pretzels are sitting there for the taking....was told 5 more minutes. Went back in 5 and bought two pretzels and 2 cheese dips. The cheese was cold....the pretzels were colder!!! ???But yet they just came out of the oven. Oh and they are pretty rude at this location. No lemonade....no garlic.......yeah.....great place.

Loudly smart mouthed me with a bizarre defensive comment after I politely dismissed myself (after being the 4th Auntie Anne’s in a row over the course of a few weeks who didn’t have the dip I wanted). Just make fun of me amongst yourselves after I leave like normal people
