Plenty of staff, on their phones or chit-chatting while the tables are a mess, chairs not pushed in, & the ladies bathroom stinks of cleaner AND filth. I wanted to hold my breath. No pics necessary, I'm sure I described enough for you. Clean it up! Thanks!
Last 3times I've been here my order has been messed up :( ... this morning I ordered 2 small hot chocolates 1 LG. Hot Carmel crz. And a med. Vanilla macchiato. Instead I got 2 flavorless MD. Original coffees & 2 flavorless hot chocolates.
