Picked up dinner here tonight and I opened my food and find that the food wasn’t made to order and it has bugs in it. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting.

There was a special - 4 classic roast beef sandwiches for $10. I purchased a total of 12 sandwiches for a cost of $30. We ate from this order and I froze the rest. They are very easy to reheat in the microwave and make a quick lunch or supper for a minimal cost per person. I will be doing this again.

Drove 20 minutes for yall to be closed 20 minutes early at 10:10 on Monday when Google hours and yall hours say you were open till 10:30 then 11 other nights.

Fries 🍟 seem to always be cold and old. Ordered a large curly fry and got a container that was maybe half full. Charged me for a large, yet I maybe got a full small. Sandwiches 🥪 are never cut in half anymore. It's disappointing due to the fact of how expensive the food is. Price=better service... not for this Arby's unfortunately.

We were missing an entire meal. We also live 20 minutes from the store and we tried to call and resolve the issue but instead of speaking to someone we get hung up on and then they took the phone off the hook. Very childish and I expect my money back for the food we did not receive.
