Just when I was about to give up fast food, you guys came through for me! keep up the great work. I’m not sure if they cook made to order, but my food is on point every time!!

Trying to get an order here as a doordasher. I am usually fine with waiting but I should not be in here half an hour waiting on a normal sized order being ignored by staff while people who came in after me are instantly served. Dashers are just as important as normal customers and I am genuinely so sick of being served last after everyone else.

Just went through the drive thru (2:40ish am) and the service was great and friendly, and omg the burgers and fries we got, (number 3 and 5) was so hot and fresh, never disappointed by this burger king and their staff, thank y'all for being so awesome 🫶

I’ve lived in Forest City for about 6 years now and I’ve always gone to this Burger King. I work nights, so my options are limited when I want something late at night and I’d absolutely like to thank this night shift crew for the work and effort they put in. There’s been a noticeable rise in quality and consistency since the redesign.
I’ve worked in restaurants in the past, from the Waffle House across the street to fast food joints in other states. Night shifts are stereotypically pretty relaxed with poor workplace standards, but this is the third time I’ve gotten something to eat late at night here and ALL of the food was fresh, hot, and made properly. Too many restaurants are complacent and let their food sit so they don’t have to cook, but I never have this issue here.
I really appreciate the night shift crew here, whether it’s good management or good natured people, you guys are great. Thank you for your hard work. Especially the really chill young Black gentleman on the headset, sorry for not knowing your name but I know it’s not easy working there.

Prices everywhere now days are outrages! But 2 for $5 you cant beat it! I got supper for work for $5.35. The service and food was great! Definitely recommend if you want good food on a budget. There wasnt a long wait and my food was hot and fresh.

Every time I come the frozen drink machine is down. Then today was told they didn't have the drinks here but it's advertised on the menu boards and the window. Plus they are so slow since they reopened

It was very unprofessional in there today 7/23/25 got my burger cold cheese wasn’t even melted, cheese stick were cold fries so salty couldn’t eat and they were the only hot item. No Tea on bar, couldn’t get anyone to come to counter to even help and when they did it was the same answer someone will help you in few minutes. It is so ridiculous in there. I was very disappointed and I love Burger King!!!

They are slower than hot molasses running uphill. Sat in the drive thru line behind 4 vehicles and it took almost 35 minutes
