ordered a medium crispy chicken sandwich combo with no tomato add pickle and 2 ranches, got a small fry with tomato’s on the sandwich and didn’t get the ranches I was charged for but I did get the pickles.

This burger King for years was counter service and was great, just recently went to kiosk service and it feels kinda odd not speaking to someone or seeing usual faces, but they also used to be only 1 drive thru window, making service slow, now there using 2 and surprisingly fast, trade offs I guess.

September 3, 2025 this restaurant has grown tremendously…. great food! The employees are very well trained, respectful also management. It’s awesome. Just when I was about to give up fast food, you guys came through for me! keep up the great work. I’m not sure if they cook made to order, but my food is on point every time!!
Trying to get an order here as a doordasher. I am usually fine with waiting but I should not be in here half an hour waiting on a normal sized order being ignored by staff while people who came in after me are instantly served. Dashers are just as important as normal customers and I am genuinely so sick of being served last after everyone else.

Just went through the drive thru (2:40ish am) and the service was great and friendly, and omg the burgers and fries we got, (number 3 and 5) was so hot and fresh, never disappointed by this burger king and their staff, thank y'all for being so awesome 🫶

I’ve lived in Forest City for about 6 years now and I’ve always gone to this Burger King. I work nights, so my options are limited when I want something late at night and I’d absolutely like to thank this night shift crew for the work and effort they put in. There’s been a noticeable rise in quality and consistency since the redesign.
I’ve worked in restaurants in the past, from the Waffle House across the street to fast food joints in other states. Night shifts are stereotypically pretty relaxed with poor workplace standards, but this is the third time I’ve gotten something to eat late at night here and ALL of the food was fresh, hot, and made properly. Too many restaurants are complacent and let their food sit so they don’t have to cook, but I never have this issue here.
I really appreciate the night shift crew here, whether it’s good management or good natured people, you guys are great. Thank you for your hard work. Especially the really chill young Black gentleman on the headset, sorry for not knowing your name but I know it’s not easy working there.
