It has taken me hours to realize what happened. That young manager got it in her mind that I was trying to steal an extra sandwich. She apparently did not believe that they had failed to prepare the sandwich correctly. That's the only thing that would possibly cause her to come out to my table and immediately begin to be rude to me in my 11-year-old grandson.

customer service is in desperate need of improvement. Employee verbally assaulted myself calling me a b*tch and threatened to slap me. I went inside to simply ask for my sandwich to be made correctly but no one acknowledge the customer up front and I had to say again just to get looked at and ignored so I was already upset because they simply can't take your order and make it according to their screen they make it however they pls. But this happens Everytime I come to bk in Forest City they are a lazy nasty team there and management should be supervised or the place needs to be shut down because the food is really gotten awful there along with the non smiling employees who don't respond to the customer. 5 yr olds could do better than them. I want a refund from last night. oh and because they wouldn't answer me I decided to slap their nasty sandwich against the wall so they could think about the next time when someone wants to ignore the customer. get a new manager and team that knows how to serve the public!!!

My husband and I stopped in on the 18th to grab something to eat after being on the road all day. There was nobody at the register when we walked in we waited over 5 minutes for someone. Then when she got up there she acted like we were an inconvenience she didn't have a smile on her face just a blank stare. Didn't ask if she could take our order and didn't ask if it was for there or to go... I feel like they need to improve on there customer skills... if traveling that way again probably will not stop there...
I swear every Saturday I get out, I get the pleasure of being served by these two older females working the drive thru. Today I happened to see this drink AFTER I ordered and the first lady was so sweet when I asked if I could get one even after I paid for the first order. (This was also a person that I was having a really bad day one day and she gave me a crown to make me smile. I wore that thing home lol) but anyways the second person at the window is always sweet too, talking about how a lot of people love that drink and how I'll love it. I do love it. I want another one. I would def come back because of those two and not because of the food. Nothing negative with that.
