I had a bit of an issue with my order at Chick-fil-A yesterday, but I want to share how wonderfully it was handled. I called the customer care line to get it corrected, but when I went to the restaurant the next morning, they still hadn’t received the report, and I hadn’t gotten an email confirmation yet. Despite this, the manager Maggie and an employee named David went above and beyond to assist me. They were professional, kind, and quick to ensure my meals were corrected. Their excellent service turned the situation around, and I left completely satisfied. Thank you to the team for showing why Chick-fil-A is known for its amazing customer service!

Chick-fil-A always a positive experience, only criticism is staff where a little overeager to take the order so it felt rushed. But they were kind and considerate as usual
Place was clean, well kept, and free of debris. Empty trays and trash were not visable at all and employees were cleaning surfaces and working hard, staying busy.
This is not the location to go to if you want fast service in the morning . It takes forever to even get out of the line . 3 cars in drive thru say here past 10 mins .. every time I come here thinking it’ll be different it’s worse

I should have given a 5 star review a long time ago food and service here has always been amazing. But I have to come and commend everyone at chick fil a for their service after the hurricane you guys were amazing and I am so thankful we were able to have a warm meal. I hope yall all got triple pay for such an amazing job well done
I was so disappointed. The fried chicken on the sandwiches were thin and hard. It tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil. The lettuce was so bad I had to remove it from the sandwiches. My 3 year old granddaughter couldn't eat her chicken nuggets because they were so hard. I will never eat there again. I spent a lot of money just to throw most of it away. The shakes were good.
