Waited in car for them to text me never got a text. I finally went in to find my food sitting by door on a shelf getting cold. Nobody even aware I had walked in to get my order.
Food was what you'd expect from Chili's. Waitress was super nice and kept drinks topped off and our bill to us when we were ready. Big mysterious puddle was on the floor of the isle next to me was interesting to see sit there for the whole time. The servers were all doing a bang on job with customers and isn't their job. Management should have seen the puddle and taken care of it but a great experience overall.

I ordered to go. The manager took my order and told me that they would text me when the order was ready to pick up. I waited a long time, went inside, only to find out that the order had been ready for over 20 mins and was getting cold by the door with cold weather outside. They said they thought they texted me but couldn’t find my number with the order. When I got the order home, the food was cold and unpleasant.

Came on a busy Sunday lunch. We had multiple issues like our drinks being wrong, not getting everything we order, and no refills on drinks. The most annoying thing was there were to salt and pepper shakers on a single table in the restaurant. Same with sweetener. What kind of restaurant doesn't have those things available?

The hospitality was great. The bartender was great. Her name is Harley. Joy is the manager and he is an awesome guy. He was really jumping here and they kept people happy. But you have some people that's not never happy. This place I recommend five stars. They done their best to supply what they had. Recommended what was good and while it's not so good from customers reports. I get this place a number five star and the waitresses is always on time and doing her job 100% and friendly. Even though they have to deal with all the rude people and disrespectful. They want stuff for free. I travel all over United States but this place is really really great and all waitresses are friendly and want to take care of you even if it is not their tables
