Tonight we had the pleasure of having Lewis Hall as our server. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I don't think we have ever had such a friendly, more attentive server at this establishment since it was built her and opened it's doors. The food was absolutely on point and delicious. I don't have anything but great things to say about the experience we had tonight. I witnessed our server Lewis Hall interacting with the other guests he was serving and they were getting the same friendly and attentive service that we were. I don't think our experience would have been so outstanding without Lewis being our server. He was definitely able to get me into a better all around mood for sure. Thank you Lewis for the absolutely best service I have had in probably 20 years. Thank you to the kitchen staff for the best food I have had here in a long time, and I am a very critical person when it comes to my food and the cleanliness of an establishment when I am choosing to dine somewhere.

I absolutely will never go to this place again. I usually leave fairly good but fair reviews on places. I hadn't been to Chili's in a long while. I thought with their vast menu that it would be a good place to take the kids. We ordered our drinks and a queso. It came out fairly fast and I said we were ready to order our food. We were told they would tell our server. My son's drink was flat and we wanted salt for the chips. We sat there for nearly 20 minutes and just ate the food anyways. My son was thirsty and just drank the flat drink. I got another servers attention and finally ordered. I should have walked out already. The food took a very long time and my sons came out with 2 chicken tenders on a plate that's it. My side of Texas cheese fries had been under a warmer so long and dried that when you picked up a fry they all came. My steak looked like a good quality of meat but was overcooked and rubbery with no seer like it had been cooked in an oven. Then we sat there so long just wanting the bill that I almost obnoxiously just stood there to get the servers attention. It felt like I was trapped. I paid my $78 dollar bill didn't wait for a receipt and left.

Ultimate Cajun Pasta for $25 came out ice cold while the rest of the tables cheaper meals were cooked fine. Our table, menus, and the floor under and directly around it was so sticky. I will not be going back.

Went back last night. Tried to give another chance after the last two trips being so disappointing. The waitress didn’t acknowledge us until 10 minutes after we were seated. We only ordered the triple dipper and two sweet teas. After payment and tip, it was over $30. The appetizer was so lacking. Had hardly anything on it. I won’t be back.

They decided to close early on New Year’s Eve. The door has posted ours for New Year’s Eve. I would not be leaving a poor review, but the waitress was very rude and very unpleasant. She didn’t even wish me a happy new year. How unbelievably rude. I will be calling to let the manager know.

We waited for 30min a party of 7. We were sat down at a table for the size of 4 and we were squeezed together with 7th person sitting on the end in the walk way of everyone. There were other larger tables we would have waited for but were not given that option. Food took longer than usual. And the food was not great. They were out of egg rolls. I do not suggest large families to come to this location.
