Everything here is always delicious and the manager is very attentive and thoughtful. Also the waiters are always kind and attentive. The only complaint is that it is always so cold inside, a jacket or cover up is recommended.
Please with the food I chose the service was great. The waitress was very attentive and I didn't have to ask for anything she asked me before I knew I needed it.

I decided to give Chili's another shot after a mid experience in Greensboro, so I stopped for drinks and dinner on my way through. Made it halfway through my drink before I was told they're out of half of the menu. I would have just gone somewhere else. Maybe the management should learn how to order for demand. The service was okay, nothing bad to say there, I doubt I'll go back to another Chilis. Most of what I could get was just run of the mill reheated food from the microwave. Could have done that at my hotel. Go eat local, not here.

We eat here a lot and last night on July 19 2025 I order our food Togo and it was horrible no salad dressing my broccoli was not done my steak burnt I am very disappointed and will not order Togo ever again the people working there was fussing in the back it was chaos and they was not even busy

Food was what you'd expect from Chili's. Waitress was super nice and kept drinks topped off and our bill to us when we were ready. Big mysterious puddle was on the floor of the isle next to me was interesting to see sit there for the whole time. The servers were all doing a bang on job with customers and isn't their job. Management should have seen the puddle and taken care of it but a great experience overall.

I ordered to go. The manager took my order and told me that they would text me when the order was ready to pick up. I waited a long time, went inside, only to find out that the order had been ready for over 20 mins and was getting cold by the door with cold weather outside. They said they thought they texted me but couldn’t find my number with the order. When I got the order home, the food was cold and unpleasant.
