I thought I would give this place a try and so I did. The line moved very quickly. The workers were friendly but the quality of food and cost are awful. I got a burrito to go. I got home and opened it and the burrito itself was stale. There was a little steak on the middle and nothing but toppings otherwise. Got a drink and it cost me $15. No sides or anything. Can go to the Mexican restaurant cheaper than that and get all the chips I want. This place is not for me.

Dinner on Sunday night.? No meat waited 10 minutes for brisket to be cut and it was cold, small portions of everything and wasn’t warm. Bad experience for the first time

The past couple times I have went the food has either been little quality or burnt. Just yesterday I ordered food for me and my husband and we had less than a 2.5 ounce cup of meat and like 2 cups of rice in a burrito. To the point of never going back to the forest city one and going to Hendersonville store. And then a couple weeks ago went in and I had a terrible experience with the guy making the food having a bad and rude attitude with me.

Chicken was chewy asf, ordered Fajita veggies and received a singular orange pepper? And received a Bag of chips with 5 chips and some crumbs and it’s been like that here recently.. I just feel life for $14.61 my shit should be perfect.. & the last time y’all didn’t add sour cream so Ykw… NEVER AGAIN.
We visited the Chipotle for lunch today, my Mothers first visit. Leslie one of the staff member's was so very patient and kind to help with her selections . Very enjoyable experience.

The food is good, but the experience at this Chipotle is horrible. Months after opening with little to average business they still take FOREVER to get orders done. You could have an order set for pickup at 6:00 and not leave until 6:30.

I ordered online for 11:40 pickup. The order wasn't ready until 11:55. The order was wrong. They forgot the black beans and the fajita veggies. The quesadilla was just a pile of cold grated cheese and a little bit of chicken. The staff acted like the customers were a nuisance. I have eaten at Chipotle for many year all across the Carolinas. This is the only bad experience I have ever had at a Chipotle.
