Service was terrible girl at the speaker and window was rude we got two corn dog trays and the other was supposed to be a hotdog gave us the wrong order corndogs were burnt sides was pitiful and food was cold hamburger which was the wrong order anyway didn't even cover the bun won't be going back

I came to the Forest City location early this morning. To replace my orders from Shelby North Carolina. I must say I'm very pleased with this location. The food was hot . The employees were nice and got my order exactly right. This is my new location .I will come here instead of Shelby any day. So if you want your food hot and exactly what you order. Forest City North Carolina cookout is the place to go . Way to go. Thanks again for the excellent service .

I just drive 30 minutes in my lunch to pickup cookout because of how much I love it. But what i don’t love is when I get a completely different main order, one of my sides was left out. Now im on my lunch, and im hungry im not gonna go back and fuss and get my right order, I just wanted to let this page know to check your food before you get out of the drive thru. It was save you a ruined day

This place truly sucks! I went by today in the so-called huge Burger which is not huge at all it's just like a double it's now been reduced to even smaller than the size of a single double from McDonald's and one of them cost as much as two McDoubles. I am disappointed. I will never return to this cookout nor any other because all they're trying to do is rip us all off.Greed sucks!

Since this place come to town been number of times. Half the time order all messed up. It's like employees don't know what their doing. Order corndog tray twice an has missing corndogs. Once got zero corndogs. Someone needs address problem. When I'm there it's not only my order but others.
