We had an exceptional experience at Copper Penny with the exception of one thing.We started with the pimento cheese appetizer which was awesome. It was crunchy, creamy and just delicious. 5/5My son and I both had burgers and both of them were super okay but let me explain. I ordered the bourbon bacon burger and my son the cowboyBurger. Both were perfectly cooked. Both were perfectly seasoned but had the most important of hamburger fatal flaws: a stale bun. I don’t care howGood the burger is, if the bun sucks it’s all for naught. Can I get an AMEN?In seriousness, this place would’ve been a 5 if the bun was better. I’d certainly come back but wouldn’t get anything on a bun again.Service was exceptional.

Wings were amazing, everything was delicious besides the steak the waitress was very polite. We had to send back our steak we asked for medium and it came out rare. When we sent it back it still came out a little rare but it was more on the medium rare side. Other then the steak situation the food was delicious and everything went well.

We had a delicious Prime rib meal for our anniversary on Tuesday. The service was great, very friendly and we enjoyed all of it. The steak was cooked well, with plenty of sweet potato fries! The server checked on us and topped up our drinks etc. All rounf great experience ?.

First of all we waited for a good while to even be greeted. There was no line or wait. They say us at a table in the bar area where the door opens frequently and we froze the whole time. They forgot my wine and our pathetic spinach dip-more like soup. My fish tacos were sad, and flavorless. I ate one and the other two went in the trash. We were never checked on mid meal. My husband ordered a steak which was doused in some sort of gravy. It was cooked as requested but....the gravy? It was over priced, the place looked dingy. The service was less than. We won't go back.

We have been coming in a few times a month for years. We have always brought friends and family and have always enjoyed ourselves until today.The food quality seems to have been going downhill and changes to the menu making it very difficult for anyone not wanting meat and cream with every meal. We asked the server and explained what we were looking for and he just said oh, I can give you more time. It's not difficult, or expensive to use the ingredients you already have to create some interesting veg options.My husband had the chicken parm and said it was so-so and felt the overall experience was disappointing.Sadly it'll be a while before we consider it as an option again.Vegetarian options: Other than the black bean burger, which is mediocre at best, they're are really not any options. The steamed broccoli is actually nice, not over cooked as it's often the case.
