The donuts were absolutely delicious!! It is drive-thru only, so there isn’t really an “atmosphere” per se. By the time we got there, around 10, and they were out of several donuts. My suggestion is get there as soon as they open for the best selection. The kid running the drive-thru was less than enthusiastic. Next time I’m in Forest City I will give them another try.
These donuts are amazing! The prices are a little on the higher side, but you really pay for the size difference compared to your normal sized donut. The one and only reason they donut (yes,intentional and you can chuckle with me) get 5 stars is because they ALWAYS run out of the more popular donuts way too early.
We live a hour away, but we decided to get up at 5:30 in the morning so we could get there right before they opened, we waited in line and were able to get our favorite doughnuts, the orange twists! They are just as good as I remember them being. I definitely recommend this place if you love sweets! Amazing doughnuts and customer service. I recommend getting there before they open for the freshest doughnuts ?
