I ordered two pizzas online, I walk in to get my food there's a gentleman who is having issues with the credit card machine trying to pay the cashier is non-existent at that point. Meanwhile I observed one young man seemingly doing everything. It took roughly 3 and 1/2 minutes for anyone to come assist, and I only after the one young man, promoted the group socializing to help the counter. Once the cashier assisted the gentleman waiting, he disappeared. Finally a young lady came to see if I had been helped. At first she could not locate my order is the system. The same young man came to assist her. He remembered my order and found that it had been given out to someone else. He pushed the order to the front. I appreciated how swiftly he took care of things. Management- Bryson needs a raise, seriously. As a former quick service manager - he is a fantastic employee and deserves the recognition. After everything I was disappointed to find when returning home, one of the pies was thin crust when both were ordered as hand tossed. I'm not sure I would have waited anymore to have it corrected- but it was a let down.

Ordered double pepperoni and a pepperoni and bacon and they gave us pepperoni and bacon and a cheese pizza.SMH write it down and still can't get it right. And pizza was tough with very hard crust.

Tried to do a simple call in order got hung up on accidently called back and never got another answer this happens 8 out of 10 times getting very tired of it
ordered delivery and after and hour and 15 minutes my delivery was not delivered. called the store to ask what was going, told them if my order was going to be cold to remake before delivering, as soon as i hung up my order was cancelled

We always order from the FC store and have never had a problem. Friendly staff, amazing food and always a clean store. You can tell all the staff enjoy their job and the food quality shows it!!

Parmesan bread bites were cooked perfectly, sum dominos overcook them. The employees had it waiting for me on the counter when I got there Even having someone go through the receipt checking each item individually to ensure that I got everything I ordered and my drink. They are a little understaffed, but it is a great dominos. Another time, they were out of the supplies needed to make what I ordered online they returned my money as well as sent me a free pizza coupon for the inconvenience
