It's inexpensive and pretty good. The menu is a bit limited, though. Very fast service, too.

First time visiting. Service was fast and friendly. Food quality was marginal. Chicken was dry, over sauced, rice was not flavorful. Looked like a lot of drive through/take out. Don’t think we will return.

The teriyaki chicken was overcooked. Not very good.

Doesn't look like much from outside but I was impressed. Service was great and food good and a real bargain I thought.

Drive thru service is perfect. Attentive and friendly. Was not impressed with the food. I have just recently been able to get my husband to eat here. Fried rice had clumps of white rice in it (like it was not tended to properly on the grill). The portion of chicken I recieved was about the equivalent of 1 chicken tender, approximately 3 ounces(but was breast not tender). The teriyaki sauce was just drizzled over the top (not cooked off with the chicken on the grill). You could actually see the drizzle from the squeeze bottle. Carrots were extremely over cooked. That was my meal. Here is hubby's: all the same with the sides except my chicken was cooked satisfactory. His scallops were over cooked dry and rubbery. Please get this right. Your food can be great. I've tasted it. 4:30 on a Saturday with your local competition across the street(usually a line out the door) closed for the fourth of July and still only 10 cars in your parking lot?
Come on!??? Get your kitchen staff in order! With the rent you pay for that spot, your kitchen is going to bury your business!!!

I ordered a vegetable entree with salad. In my dinner was these chunks of black tar like material, I have no idea what it was, and it was completely inedible. I live about 30 minutes away so I am not willing to drive back to have it “remade”. And I also do not think I would want to as this is disgusting to even try and serve someone. I literally don’t even think it’s food, if it is it’s got to be SO old crusty food stuck to side of grill or something I’m literally nauseated that I ate some.

Fugi Yama delivers good service as always. The basic chicken and steak teriyakis are consistently tasty, and the nigiri and sushi are also reasonably good. It's my favorite Japanese restaurant in the area by far.

It's a little cheaper than sakura's but it's a game of would you rather quality ingredients or get something a little
