The man at the front desk was super rude. At the the drive through they didn't tell me they didn't have the right food. After I went back in I told the guy at the front desk that my order was wrong he didn't belive me. He was rude. But I got my bacon egg and cheese biscuit. He touched my food that was wrong then put it back in my hands I had to throw that away. Waist of time.

I recently visited this particular Hardee’s location after reading several glowing Google reviews that mentioned a young lady named Billie. The consistent praise she received piqued my curiosity, and I wanted to see for myself what made her stand out. To my delight, I was not let down. Billie absolutely lives up to the hype and then some. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The service was prompt and efficient, and every staff member I encountered had a positive attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Billie, in particular, was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made a lasting impression. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers. She is the kind of employee who not only enhances the customer experience but also inspires those around her. I will definitely be returning, not just for the good food, but because Billie has given me a real reason to come back. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service. Based on the reviews and my personal experience, she is clearly one of the main reasons this Hardee’s consistently earns 5 stars. Keep up the great work, Billie! Sitting at the drive thru now for over 20 minutes and they ask if we got fish sandwiches when we ordered mushroom and Swiss!!

I went through the drive through and got an order. When I got homeI realized a chicken biscuit was left out. I called back and was left on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and was left on hold for over 7 minutes before someone hung up. I called back and was the line was busy. The manager was Brittany, I heard this while the phone was just laying there. I heard lots of chatter and laughing while holding. The employee name on my receipt is Brittany so I'm guessing it is the same person that refused to take the call.

Rude and impatient guy at counter. Ran out of some food and to-go supplies. People waiting for 10-15 just to place order. Kitchen staff was good but front counter guy needs to decide if he wants to work here…or find something g else to do…

This makes the second time in the last two weeks that I ordered the chili cheeseburger on the app and get there and they tell me they have no chili. I am also told that they can’t cancel my order or give me my money back. So I have to take food I don’t even want. The first time the order was $30.00 and the second time the order was 20.00. The only reason I ordered from Hardee’s was because not many places have chili for their burgers. Apparently Hardee’s doesn’t either. But there should be a way to cancel the order and get my money back.

What do you expect from the most bottom of the barrel fast food restaurant in the United States. They forgot my sausage egg and cheese biscuit in the Drive-Thru which is to be expected but when I went in to get it the lady acted like I was the problem. You are the problem. You forgot the biscuit. What's the point of asking if the order on my screen is correct if you're just going to screw it up in the end anyway. Put all the biscuits in the bag. Double check to make sure it's right. Stop making mistakes. Take pride in your work even if its at Hardee's. Good biscuit btw.

Billie was the team member that helped us. She was very nice, helpful and greeted us with a big, beautiful smile. It would be nice to see more people like her working when going to get food. She was a pleasure to meet.

I don't even know where to begin 🙂, Mis Billie and the other crew members are very nice and well manner people. They also are very professional!! I love enjoying the breakfast in the morning one of the best places to come get your food pretty quick and enjoy the LOVELY taste... Thank you all sooooo much✌🏿
