Always great coffee and sweet people!

I will say the ambiance and staff are wonderful, but the coffee is terrible. I ordered a plain cappuccino with cinnamon powder no flavors. I got a latte that was so sweet I couldn't drink it. It literally tasted like gas station liquid carnation creamer. 😵‍💫 Hubby got a mocha. Similar experience--so Sweet couldn't drink and tasted artificial. Usually I would go back in to ask for a refund but by the time it was cool enough to drink I was long gone miles away. It's a cute place and I hope they can improve the quality of their coffee.

Absolutely amazing community coffee house. The baristas are friendly and courteous, and make amazing coffee and tea drinks. Carl, in particular, is very compassionate and kind. I go to Hope House often and a friend got sick out in the parking lot. Carl was quick to help and make sure we were okay. 100% recommend!

I love stopping by when I road trip past them!

Wow! No more Starbucks for us! Just visited here for the first time and got the Cookies and Caffeine Frap and it was very delicious. Friendly and upbeat service with a smile. And our German Shepherd just loved the free pup cup! Also it's a good thing to support more of the mom-and-pops versus the chains. Definitely a repeat and highly recommend!

I absolutely loved visiting Hooe House Coffee Co. Had a delicious brown sugar cinnamon frappocino. Very comfy environment. Played a game of chess with my son. Loved the Christian music playing. The outdoor area looked very inviting with swings & comfy seats - would love to visit again when not 100 degrees outdoors.

I paid almost $25 for three drinks, none of them were made correctly to the point they were all undrinkable and when I asked for a refund they refused and interrupted me to ask what drinks I wanted instead. I do not want any more incorrect drinks I want my money back. As someone in the service industry I cannot imagine acting this way towards customers.

It is pouring and hailing in Forest City today. I had driven over to Hope House to get my afternoon pick me up and was waiting for the weather to ease up before I went in. Low and behold, a knock on my window...there stood a raincoat-ted staff person (Carl) with my iced coffee...just perfect, as always! Thank you for being so nice and so good to your customers! Love you guys!😘
