Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

Food was ok. I got boneless wings. Cooked with a lot of breading. One of the wings was nothing but bread. I thought it was a little expensive for what the food was. Probably won't go back

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

I arrived at the time requested and pulled into a to go spot letting them know I’m there. After waiting 15 minutes I try to call. I’m told to wait in my car and someone would be out. I push the button to be connected with a person and the phone rings without being answered at least 20 times. I finally go inside and find my food sitting on some shelves cold. Somehow I was supposed to know that I had to come in to get my food. I show them the information on the web site and the confirmation email saying I was to wait in the to go spot. Finally they got a manager but he proceeds to tell me the same thing. The only offer ti calm me down was for them to remake the food. It’s already an hour after I ordered and they want me to sit and wait some more. I asked for a refund/discount and that was rejected.

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

I was pretty disappointed in this place first off I came to pick up my wings checked into ny spot and waited outside forever…… after waiting over 30 minutes I went inside to find my food sitting there on shelf and staff just sitting around. I told the guy how long I’d been waiting and he just didn’t even acknowledge me and threw my bag at me. I took my food back to the hotel and it was all thrown in the box on top each other curly fries burnt and soggy with wing sauce cover all over them. I was not given any silverware or even a straw for my drink that wasn’t even the right drink I ordered. The only thing half decent was the wings however the sauce was not on my wings but more on my fries. I’m not a picky person but I was very disappointed with the service I was given and the quality of the food.

Chili's seems to excel at mediocrity no matter which location you visit. Same bland food, same average service, and same halfway clean store are the hallmarks of the franchise. Too bad. This location could be a great place to watch the ballgame with a burger and a cold beer.
