I was pretty disappointed in this place first off I came to pick up my wings checked into ny spot and waited outside forever…… after waiting over 30 minutes I went inside to find my food sitting there on shelf and staff just sitting around. I told the guy how long I’d been waiting and he just didn’t even acknowledge me and threw my bag at me. I took my food back to the hotel and it was all thrown in the box on top each other curly fries burnt and soggy with wing sauce cover all over them. I was not given any silverware or even a straw for my drink that wasn’t even the right drink I ordered. The only thing half decent was the wings however the sauce was not on my wings but more on my fries. I’m not a picky person but I was very disappointed with the service I was given and the quality of the food.

Chili's seems to excel at mediocrity no matter which location you visit. Same bland food, same average service, and same halfway clean store are the hallmarks of the franchise. Too bad. This location could be a great place to watch the ballgame with a burger and a cold beer.

This was my first experience. I ordered the 22 pieces of Mango habanero and buffalo.Service was impeccable! Once I arrived at Chili's. There was someone at the door, and once I told him my name, My order was immediately brought to me once I parked.As for the food;The curly Fries and wings were soggy.However, Like all things fried, it probably would have been better to eat them immediately, rather than to save them until I got home.The Mango wings barely had any sauce and were vaguely spicy.The buffalo wings were better but... it was almost as though the sauce was poured on the bottom.Final thought...check and eat food before leaving.I haven't given up on It's Just Wings yet, I'll try them in my car next time. Lolz

This is CHILI'S... Not sure why it's labeled a business. It's Chili's Restaurant. Wings are decent. They just slap sauces on. Get it on the side. And apply your own.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

My Family and I love a good wing roulette...We ordered some unsauced wings and purchased several extra sauces. Sadly the only sauce that was in our bag was Ranch :(Wings were great though.

I'm only giving 3 stars because everytime we order wings from here, my fianceè always winds up getting wings that aren't cooked fully. Please pay more attention! You're going to have people sick by eating undercooked chicken.
