This only happens in forest city. I went and got a giant 43 with no cheese. What do I get? A steak with cheese. Nothing else. Asked for a refund or to remake it. Was told they were too busy and I wasn’t getting a refund. Will never go back to that location. How do you make a chipotle sandwich without chipotle.

Employee made my sandwich without washing there hands or changing gloves. The owner should require that hands be washed and gloves changed each time.

Last time I come to this jersey Mike's 5 young ladies working or should I say standing and talking I ordered our subs 35 minutes ago and still waiting. I could see it if they where busy but I'm the only customer
