Best sub shop in Forest City right now ...subs and people are great ...you feel so welcome when you walk through the door ...every one so helpful and respectful to everyone...will be a loyal customer...you get what you pay for ... recommend this place above all others right now...Loved itParking: When they get done with Aspen dental and Chipotle...it will be hard to find and parking ..just saying but it is worth going to for sureWheelchair accessibility: You can sit down if in wheelchair at tables and get through the door no problem

I ordered online for pickup. I requested certain items NOT to be on my sub.When I got back to work and opened my sub it had everything on it that I requested not to be on it. This is the second time this has happened to me.I’m now without lunch because of it. I won’t be ordering food here again.

Definitely a little pricey. I had an online order that was late. They were slammed to be fair. Ordered with extra meat. It didn't have it. For a $13 sub I should have made them fix it. I was just over being there.

I've been twice now and both times were excellent. Visit 1 the shop was busier than expected but the line moved fast and the food was 100% on point. And both people making the sandwich were super attentive.Visit 2 was a pickup from an app order and I liked this even better. Walk in, grab a bag, done and gone. And again, sandwiches perfect and delicious.Not sure what to say about the bad reviews. I think this location is stellar. I also work in retail and some bad reviews end up being misguided rants from difficult customers. I'll keep going back.

I was hesitant to order just based on the negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered online and it was ready on time. Had no issues and it was yummy. I wish it wasn’t so expensive but it’s definitely nice to have a decent sub shop in town.
