Served me and my friend some old chicken, I paid 10$ for my meal & our chicken was hard and chewy, looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, food was ready before we could fold our receipts and put it in our pockets. 😂

I got a meal , the fries was to hard to eat, they forgot my biscuit, the slaw was yucky, the ice machine is broken , even the chicken was unbeatable. The worst experience ever.

If I could give a negative number review I would. We sat in line at drive thru for well over twenty minutes. When we got to the window we paid for our order. Girl came back a couple of minutes later and asked us to pull around the building and they would bring food out when it was ready. My husband told her he wasn't moving that we had waited long enough. What I assumed was a manager came to window and said we needed to move because other cars were behind us and needed to get their food. There was absolutely no one behind us. Then when my husband told him how long we had been there he told my husband that wasn't true and that we had only been there three minutes. At that point we just told them to give our money back and we left. There is never a reason to call the customer a liar. Needless to say that was our last trip to KFC

I ordered online, went through the drive through at 6:46(it was early so they had me pull up), but I’m still waiting for my food to be prepared. I Understand that they are busy, but there has been 14 cars after me go through the drive thru and be served yet I’m still waiting. When I came in, I was told it was because they were busy but they’re filling every order but mine.It’s 7:07 and I’ve just been told 4 more min on chicken😡 I’ll never be back!

I asked for 4 tenders and a diet Coke. The cashier told me I could ONLY order 3 or 8! I don’t want 8. Zaxby's will let you add one to an order of 5. It’s silly KFC won’t do the same. It will definitely make me think twice before visiting a KFC again, which I don't often. Plus, the KFC tenders were very good anyway. I contacted corporate customer service and they seem to care less as well. Poor service and poor quality at this location!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Second mobile order I’ve placed at this restaurant and it’s went terrible! Waited 30+ minutes for an online order and when I asked what the hold up was, all I was told was that they’re about to make it… asked the manager if i could get an explanation and he told me the same thing… none of my food had to be cooked as they finally made it and they pulled it all out of the warmers… Never do a mobile order from the place unless you have half an hour to kill

Probably one of the dirtiest and nastiest KFC’s I have ever been in. The floor were so covered in grease you could ice skate on them. Also the floors at the edge of the walls were black. Bathrooms were filthy. I sure hope the kitchen was cleaner than the rest of the place.

Impulse purchase. I just had a craving for KFC and saw the KFC sign along the freeway and the steering wheel almost turned itself. 😃😃 Super easy to find, however, the left arrow on the traffic light takes forever to turn on. Parking is easy. Bethany, who seemed to be running things, was friendly and professional and got my order on the counter FAST! Excellent food. The restaurant was spotless. Highly recommend.
