Wow this location used to be awesome, not anymore. I went thur there yesterday to pick up a eight piece meal ( 34.00 ) the manger asked if I wanted all white meat at no up charge, I said ok but I do prefer drumsticks...he said no problem he had extra white meat but still had plenty other parts....Dear Lord when I got home and opened the bucket I was shocked, the chicken was black looking and so greasy, I didn't even debone it for my dogs. We never ate the chicken....our dinner was mashed potatoes, coleslaw and biscuit. My last visit. I won't be back.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever ate. I took me and my kids in there to eat and the manager Mike brown and shanelle Hines was so rude and disrespectful to there employees and there customers. The guy Mike was making a girl who was in drive through cry. While the lady was laughing in the back ground. Neither one of them even washed their hands or put gloves on while making our food. I watched as Mike went outside and smoked as the other employees was struggling. He didn’t come in and wash his hands he just immediately started grabbing food with his hands. No tongs or gloves. We waited on our food for almost 38 mins. Meanwhile the women manager was in the back not helping. I wanted a refund and they both told me no. They didn’t see an issue with my order. I willl never go back to this kfc. The food was so greasy and so over priced. I’m extremely disappointed. Someone needs to do something about management there. The women’s underwear is always hanging out it’s just disgusting the place is trashy.

On the real yall don't deserve 2.5 chicken harder then a brick, fries harder then a chop stick, my mashed potatoes look like soup.. all around i will never eat at the KFC in forest city again. I should've took a pix of the kitchen. I should've knew to walk out out right nasty manager u need to be FIRED LIKE NOW..

I came here to get a nugget meal with a biscuit. My biscuit was raw and I waited over 10 minutes for another biscuit. Whoever the cashier is was not nice about me sending it back in HOWEVR I can guarantee ain't none of them going to eat a raw biscuit. Service sucks food sucks no ma'am no thank you ! Never again !

They act like they are in slow motion.. you can ask for condiments and utensils...then ask them when they hand you your food, did you put in the condiments and the utensils and they will say TES. GUESS WHAT...YOU PULLIVER TO EAT AND NEITHER IS THERE..Happens time after time.

Served me and my friend some old chicken, I paid 10$ for my meal & our chicken was hard and chewy, looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, food was ready before we could fold our receipts and put it in our pockets. 😂

If I could give a negative number review I would. We sat in line at drive thru for well over twenty minutes. When we got to the window we paid for our order. Girl came back a couple of minutes later and asked us to pull around the building and they would bring food out when it was ready. My husband told her he wasn't moving that we had waited long enough. What I assumed was a manager came to window and said we needed to move because other cars were behind us and needed to get their food. There was absolutely no one behind us. Then when my husband told him how long we had been there he told my husband that wasn't true and that we had only been there three minutes. At that point we just told them to give our money back and we left. There is never a reason to call the customer a liar. Needless to say that was our last trip to KFC
