Horrible experience! The waitress we had tonight was very rude to us. We simply told her that one Andre food out of five people sitting. There was salty. She stood there, rolled her eyes and said she’s already set the plate at the table. She then walked off we couldn’t believe that the lady responded that way because we were very polite to these people. I would not recommend eating dinner there at all. It was a terrible experience.

I got a hibachi box and it was great. I really enjoyed the steak and sauce they provided. The person I talked on the phone was very quick to business but also helpful in giving me options. The inside was really clean as well! I'll be coming back whenever I'm in town

Monday, September 29, 2025 at 7:30pm. We both had Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp. The chicken was cooked hard and it was dry. The rice was slightly hard. The mushrooms and broccoli was tender and so were the carrots. Our salad had dark slimy brown lettuce and cabbage in it. We asked for another and received it but it was the same. We couldn't eat it. Tiny flies were everywhere and landed in the salad and in the sauces on the table. The yum yum sauce was not cold and had an off flavor. Waitress reached over my plate of food to refill my soda but should have asked for my glass instead. Unsanitary conditions here. Price was 50.00 without tip and way to expensive for the food you receive. No good discussing with the lady at checkout. No discount given. First and last visit.

We came from SPARTANBURG SC . on a Friday noon time. This is our 2nd time and it was great.
Clean and friendly and fast. If you like Japanese you'll love it too. We will be bask soon......

Hands down the best place around Rutherfordton, NC to grab a Teriyaki Chicken &/or Steak /w Rice. Plus several other dishes that are to die for. With this restaurant you get what you pay for because they serve the largest portions around, plus they still serve small & cut vegetables in with the rice unlike the others (i.e. Fujiyama, and Akita Express who only serves plain rice). I'm addicted and eat there at least once a week, so I suggest you take my word and give them a chance, you won't regret it.

Would give a 0 if I could. So not recommend. Sauce was terrible. Fried rice was just cooked white rice. Soup was horrible. Was also extremely hot inside restaurant

I thought people were just being a bit much saying its inedible but it truly truly is. It taste like dust and old. The steak doesnt even look like steak more like dog food. This is disgusting hopefully doordash will give a refund.

Walked in and was going to eat there. I had a small paper bag I needed to throw away. The lady at the front told me no public trash. I just left and won’t go back. So petty
