I ordered a calzone and eggplant rollitini. The rollitini wasn’t made so waited 15 minutes for that. No biggie. Got home, what was supposed to be calzone in the box was some white based pizza. When I called and asked for store credit, First Lady said they would do that. When I called to order a pepperoni pizza with store credit, he still charged the person I had pick it up because they didn’t come here to pick up the old pizza (that I never ordered) and bring it back. The lady told me that calzone and white pizza sound the same. Seriously! I understand some people just try to get over and get free stuff but when it’s a pick up order and it’s obvious that you made the mistake not the customer, you shouldn’t require them to go through extra trouble to receive what they’ve already paid for. Also, the pizza that I didn’t order was twice the cost of the calzone I ordered. I honestly feel like they robbed me. Twice actually. I posted a picture of the wrong pizza. I actually did try to just eat it and just not make an issue but it really just wasn’t good! I ate a few bites of one slice and it just frustrated me more. When I called to just see if I can return the pizzas for refund, he just hung up on me! I see why they have so many negative reviews about him being so rude now. Hurts his ego to be wrong about something and instead of trying to make it right he’s a j*** about it.

Louie's has the BEST pizza, and Louie himself is an amazing person, who opened up on Easter Weekend to make 40 pizzas for our wedding! We had nothing but RAVE reviews on the quality and flavor of the pizzas! It made my wedding reception! Thank you Louie!

I'm sorry, I never leave bad reviews but this place needs it. The waitress was either high or on way too much medication. Her whole demeanor was definitely off.. I asked about the daily special, she said 2 slices and a drink for $6.75. I ASKED what could you get on them with that and she said whatever you want. I got the "Carne" and the "special" that was listed on the menu. When we went to check out she double charged me for that and proceeded to tell me she had to charge me that for each slice because of the toppings I ordered. Why would she not have told me that when I ordered if that was so? I literally asked. It had been years since I've been there and now I know why. The one slice of pizza I ate was edible but not great by any measure. The other slice the veggies were basically raw and unappetizing. The kids spaghetti was watered down and not good. The cannoli was good but that was the only thing I enjoyed there. The bathroom is also in dire need of attention. We won't be back again for sure.

Moved to FC about a month ago but have eaten at Louis before. Great Pizza can’t figure out how they aren’t like the rest Louis isn’t greasy and tastes fresh. Sandwiches are excellent.

This place is amazing! The service was terrific and the food was outstanding! This was the first time that I have eaten here, but it won't be the last! I got several dishes to try and I honestly couldn't pick a favorite. Their LOBSTER RAVIOLI was rich and decadent, the EGGPLANT PARMESAN was so delicious, I got two STROMBOLI, one came as it said on the menu and one I chose the ingredients for. The WINGS were so yummy and there was so much meat on the bones. I can't wait to go back!

Pepperoni pizza with jalapeño & pineapple on half!! Ordered this after our margarita pizza & garlic knots. Everything was delicious!! All the ingredients were fresh, the olive oil on the margarita was amazing!! The crust was also amazing, not sure what I liked more lol!! So glad we tried it & now have another awesome place to come when visiting momma in North Carolina

Everything I've tried on the menu is great ! My personal favorite is the antipasto, and their extra large cheese pizza.
This place is full of charm it is quite old though. Dinning in is cool get to watch the pizza getting made. Will say the music isn't my thing mostly Seventies dad rock and played too loudly. The staff is adequate the food is the star here for sure. If you want Tru NY style pizza this your place! They also offer a rewards program gets you a free 16 cheese pizza after a 12 or so visits. Owner knows his pizza not a very polite guy but who cares the pizza and knots are fabulous!

I saw an employee with facial piercings and I don't have a problem with facial piercings I am just describing the person. She was outside apparently on break smoking a cigarette and when she went back in I never saw her wash her hands or anything. Please hire clean people and teach them proper hygiene. I will not be back.

The food here has ALWAYS been good but during the beginning of the pandemic, the hours were incredibly unpredictable and over the course of several weeks, we were craving their lasagna which I had only tried once and ADORED it but several times we tried to call in a pickup order a half hour or more before closing only to be told they were closed (and very unfriendly about it!) and the following week I was hung up on by staff TWICE! I wonder how they have stayed in business, and would love to hear their service improved but at this point, I cannot give my business to such grumpy folks when everyone , including my own family, is struggling so!
