Food is cold. Drink machine is nasty and needs to be cleaned. Ice in drink machine doesn’t work. Coke is flat. Fruit flies are pretty bad from not being cleaned. They look at you like you’re crazy when you ask for ice at the counter. Way overpriced garbage.

Food tastes awful. It seems they are not changing the oil properly, probably trying to save money. Both ice machines in the lobby were not working, as well as, half of the drinks, and staff didn't care when mentioned. My Big Mac was assembled in the dark and then had a fall down some stairs before it made it to me.

I get coffee everyday between 11am-1:30pm and my coffee is always fresh…if they have non fresh they always pull me up to prepare a new pot. My 7 cream 5 sugar is always perfect! Thank you!

We tried to use the drive thru at 8:50 this past Tuesday. There was no other cars in line. The drive-thru attendant refused to take our order. We were told that we would have to come inside if we were not using the App. We usually get good service at this location. What has changed? Do they no longer want our business? They didn't get our business that night.

My granddaughter and I just left there and Jennifer one of your so called managers was very rude!!! The soda machines in the lobby were out of ice and the Co2 was out!!! When I asked for service she was very rude!!! I will never go back again!!!
