Came in @ 1:10 pm 1/15/2026, absolutely no customers were there inside inline and I was standing there for about 5-7 min before somebody came from kitchen to take my order. No ice machine was working and no ketchup put out. Just about half the tables were dirty and I had to look for a clean table. Fries were fresh but the burgers were barely warm

Wife went and got food my burger was made incorrectly so she asked to get it remade instead of making a new burger they scraped the ketchup and mustard off and added Mac sauce nuggets were old as well fries tasted like the grease was bad as well night shift should do better

This was a complete and utter disaster of any McDonald’s I’ve been too. First off it took almost 45 minutes to get my order after everyone else with us had already gotten their order and finished eating. Once we received our order not only was it missing product but it was also just thrown in a bag where the burgers weren’t only messed up in the boxes but also falling out of the box. The service from the workers was horrible. My girl went up to the counter to get her burger fixed because it was falling out of the box and her top bun fell on the floor and they responded with an attitude. I don’t know what needs to happen but this is totally unacceptable.

We came on a Saturday night around Christmas time. There were three adults and two kids. We each ordered chicken nuggets and one cheeseburger. There was no ice, no napkins, and no medium cups. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food with no explanation and no one even seemed to care. My first and last time at this location. The building is very nice and in a good location but the efficiency of the service leaves a lot to be desired

If you order drive through check it before your out of the lot got my mother 2 sausage and gravy biscuits ( they only use one biscuit/ split in half and slack on the gravy even if you order extra gravy which is why I ordered 2 cause I already knew) however when I got home there was only one in the bag and no extra gravy did I bother calling them ( nope) what's the point you work inside you read the ticket you know there should be 2 so bag it right come on
