I went to McDonald’s on Broadway on 2/13/24. I did get there late it was 10:45 they close in 15 minutes so honestly I wasn’t expecting a lot. The man who took my order was so nice and patient. He cooked more pies and cookies for me even though they were about to close. His name was Caleb and he did an amazing job. Really great service and had a good attitude!!

Quick drive-through service and friendly staff. Food has always been consistent at this location.Also, the pay window for the drive-through is on an angled corner instead of on the side like other locations, just be prepared when pulling around to pay :)

After driving to Forest City, we took our Grandson for a chicken nuggets meal for lunch. After spending time with him we went back for a snack on the ride back home. Got the Big Mac meal, burger for me fries for my wife.

First time, went through the drive-through and they got my order wrong 2 times. Lady was mad, and got pissed when we wanted it fixed, they put one item two times on my receipt, didn't put a deal that was offered and got mad when she waa corrected politely. Second time, we did dine-in. We put our order in the screens, and we were going to pay at the counter. We waited for a few minutes, around 15-20 minutes later, nobody had gone up to the counter. Around 5 others were waiting, and stated they had been waiting for more than 10 minutes too. The only time the employees would go out to the counter was to give mobile orders, but they focused on the drive-through. Not once did they come apologize, or try to let me or anybody pay from what it seems. We were in a hurry, so we just left, thankfully, we hadn't paid so we wouldn't have to wait who knows how long.

By far the worst McDonald's in the county ordered food extra onion and they even put label that said extra onion get home to open sandwich up and no onion on the thing they mess orders up all the time will NEVER go here
Order was wrong three times. Ordered two double cheeseburgers, one with no pickles. When I got my order, the burger only had ketchup instead of ketchup, mustard, and onions. No big deal, drive through to get it fixed. Lady was confused when I told her it was wrong, so I explained. Check my burger again and it's still just ketchup. So, I bring it up again. This time she presented frustrated and argued that all that comes on the burger is ketchup and pickles. I had to show her the app which clearly shows ketchup, pickles, onions, and mustard on the image of the burger. She then goes and tells the cook, who also expressed extreme frustration. I finally got a thrown together sandwich with an attitude. I leave only to find out a different burger with just ketchup has ketchup and mustard (even though they claimed only ketchup and pickles come on the burger -_-). I always try to be respectful, but the attitude and arguing is what I'm leaving the review about.

The service is terrible. Having to wait over 10 minutes when you go through the drive thru is unacceptable. Then you get your food and your fries are cold. We've decided not to go to this McDonald's ever again. By all means, don't try and order a frappe or ice cream, the machine will be down for cleaning, as we are always told.

Never get order right... always slow ,only gave them this rating because I know kids theses days are not worth hiring...but you can not find anyone else to work for the money they pay ...the only thing is that if they would pay good wages that adults would apply for the jobs there would be better service and no turn over it would be cheaper in the long run and the adults could run more than one job without complaining..but what ever it Will never change ..you just have to deal with it if you want to get something from there

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to! This was 1st visit to this location, and it took 17 minutes for only a medium fry and a basket of fries. And I ordered Inside! I do NOT recommend this location if you are in any hurry at all.Vegetarian options: French fries and that's it
