The last two days me and my mom and kids have went here for lunch. The first day they got our order wrong and we told the man in the drive thru and he went in to get us our second double cheeseburger we were missing. Well they didn't bring it out. So I went in and they gave it to me. Then they forgot my nephews extra fries. The second day they forgot a nugget we order. This place needs to get it together and start taking the time to get people's orders right

Almost every time I order food here I get home and something is missing. It’s not my job to make sure everything is there. Today it was two chocolate milks, last time it was a cheeseburger. Things got better when the new owners took over, but we’re back to sloppy service as usual. I get people might miss something once in a while, but this is nearly every time now.
Had to wait over 5 minutes for orange juice then got home and noticed they gave me the wrong food the girl working the window was rude they didn’t give us any straws so once I was able to taste the orange juice I found it was rancid and tasted like it was out of date.

Absolute worst McDonald's now , . Wasn't ever great but definitely a hell of a lot better than it is now!! If you order from the app make sure their open or you'll pay for food that you can't pickup because they decided to close and not update their app. And don't expect to be treated with a smile cause well everyone that works there on 2nd and 3rd shift clearly hate their jobs. They suck the joy out of anyone that looks at them you'd think . Orders aren't hot nor correct and you'll sit in drive thru for 15 mins and not another customer in site. Good luck if this is what you choose

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a large mocha frappe. They handed to my wife and it was dripping like crazy, all in my wife's new car and her jacket is ruined. She's pretty ticked off at the moment.
