App said our order was ready. Had a text saying it was ready. It wasn't ready. Other than that, the pizza was great. Not great customer service.

The absolute worst service ever the app doesn’t even send the store the order and so they take your money online and you don’t get your order because the physical store denies that you exist my order was charged and I didn’t receive anything for it

The lady running the register was from Gastonia and not the normal person working. She asked my my name then proceeded to get spicy with me when I asked how much longer as I had already came and left without an update. Then she told me she needed to get back to her customer. I understand being busy but the app I ordered from wasn't managed, time was inaccurate, then when I tried to address the concerns she was snippy. It's cheap pizza but still she didn't have to be rude.

We went on customer appreciation day. They were very busy but food was hot, fresh and ready when promised. Staff was friendly, helpful and had smiles on their faces.

I ordered pizza yesterday for my daughters party and was to pick it up around 130. Get there to pick it up and the place is closed. Like really, lights on inside but open sign off and doors closed. Had to go to little ceasers and get pizza. But myself couldn’t eat little ceasers due to my medical issues. Very disappointing that they were closed and when I placed order it said nothing about them being closed!

The manager at the register was extremely rude right from the start. I had a coupon from the papa John’s website attached to my order but it wasn’t showing up on her end. I asked about it and without even trying to help at all said “I don’t know what I’m supposed to do about that, it doesn’t show up here and I’ve got nothing to do with the online coupons” I showed her the coupon that was on the papa johns website and she said fine I’ll do it once but I’m not doing it again, I’ve got nothing to do with that”. As I walked out she yelled “hope you have a WONDERFUL night” super aggressively. I was not demanding or rude or anything to deserve that treatment. And I can see many other comments mention her being rude and unhelpful.

Another excellent place to deliver for they have their stuff together. It's fast and efficient and I love the professionalism.
About 45 minutes before closing time I called and placed an order. Guys had it ready by the time I got there and it was perfect. Awesome service friendly guys. Will definitely eat there

Placed the order over the phone got there in 10 minutes and waited 30 minutes before someone decided to help me when I got there four employees just staring at me over and over and over. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is terrible Service and it’s completely unacceptable, my food was cold when I got home Should not happen to anyone else

I always order carry out, but never had a problem. They always cook my pizza correctly and give sauce out if asked. Employees are nice and is in a nice accessible area. Quick service too.
