Today was the second time when i had ordered a pizza from Papa John's and it was delivered, my daughter got sick 🤢🤢 after eating. We'll never will be ordering anything from them again

Order from app.. been a couple years since I’ve gotten pizza from here.. I ordered close to closing.. so got to store quick.. was greeted when I walked in!! They gave me a cookie pie, said they were giving them out today!! Pizza was great!! Service was at its best!

Ordered pizza at 11:30. Can't get any text saying they were running a little behind. At 12:58. I got a text and my pizza would be being delivered between 12:59 and 1:15. At 1:10. I proceed to call the store and ask what happened to my pizza. I was informed at doordash and never picked it up and I asked if I could come pick it up. The lady said yes. If you can get here before I get gone in about 20 minutes. I got there picked up my pizza and a little bit after 2:00. I received the text telling me that my pizza would be ready between 2:15 and 2:30. I had already gotten my pizza and started eating on it by then. I called back today asking if there anything they could do and he said yes. They could give me a 25% discount on my next order and I asked how long that would be and he said it would be in the system. I've been proceeded and I asked your name and he hung up on me. Did you hear me? He hung up on me and I wasn't then ill like I was not before carried the lady that let me come pick up my pizza. How's obviously had a very hard day and was very tired and she was trying to close up and let me come get the pizza. The manager on duty this today, can you give me a 25% discount but he hung up on me while I'm asking him what his name was so I could put it here to give him a good review. Since he hung up on me. Guess what his review is from me zero

Bought a pizza and couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart in the box. I love papa John’s except this one.

Someone apparently misread the order they put the double cheese on the wrong pizza. The one rhat was supposed to be double cheese sauce and crust can still be seen through. That's unacceptable on a normal pizza much less one you paid an an extra $3 for more cheese.

It was good because I was really hungry. Though they could do better in make sure to follow the directions of customization to an order. If I’m paying over $20 something dollars, I atleast would like the for my order to be exactly how I ordered it.
