Complete morons, they were short staffed so they kept not having anyone running the front and then instead of calling out orders they came out they were just putting them in the warmer. I had paid and told them I was going to wait inside for my order. After 20 more mins of waiting I finally got through the long line of people waiting to pay just to discover my pizza had been ready and waiting for the whole 20 mins. You need new management, obviously whoever is running this place is completely incompetent.

Pizza Hut is my normal go to. But it was horrible. It was burnt. I ordered extra cheese barely any was on it. It was a large pizza. Two pieces was bit off of and it was thrown away. I was so disappointed.

The Forest City Pizza Hut still uses the decor from decades gone by. It's great and brings back good memories. It is also very clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly.

I'm really getting sick and tired of pizza hut never answering the phone. It's like you're being forced to talk to the automated system or the people from the call center. I shouldn't have to do that, the people at the restaurant should be able to answer my phone call and take my order so I know that it's being processed and delivered, instead of placing a order that might not even go through.

I got the big box thing 2 pizza, wings, and cheese bread. It was about $37.. the food was delicious just felt a bit over priced. I'm used to domino prices and we barely ever spend $30 there and get 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and wings.

Wouldn’t do mobile/online order from here again. Waited in line for an hour just to get to the window and was told they didn’t have my order & it happens all the time that customers place orders , receives confirmation and money taken out of account and when they go for pickup our order isn’t in the system and we have to wait for refund, which was $112. & it was going to be another hour or longer to place the order at the window and go back and pick it up. do to the big storm we had limited restaurants were open so we didn’t have many options. i called twice before placing online and no one would answer .
