I have gotten breadsticks 10+ times and they very rarely give me marinara sauce. i don't know why they even put it as having marinara if they never give you any. it just ruins the best part about the breadsticks. and they won't answer calls that aren't orders either.

Order double pepperoni starting at $15.99. Put to add extra cheese and mushroom. When I got home it only had cheese and mushroom on it. Yuck.Way to far to drive all the way back. Wished I took a picture.

April 13th my wife and I went to get pizza hut and I placed an online order and for a comment I asked for them to compliment the lady as a nice little gesture for her and I included a tip for it! Needless to say they did not compliment anybody.

Ordered using the app! I was given breadsticks instead of the boneless wings I ordered! How hard is it to match an order on a receipt with the food in front of you?! Disappointed! Then when I tried calling back 4 times ... no one at the restaurant answered the phone!
Had a horrible experience last night. The lady with the blue hair said she couldn’t make the Alfredo bc it would ruin inventory and yet when I complained and said I needed to report it, by the time I got my food finally she had made it anyways. Even though she said she couldn’t in the first place. I use to be a manager at a fast food restaurant and I know how busy and crazy things can be. The way she handled that situation wasn’t a great experience.

Always looked forward going for the salad bar. Today was very disappointing. No mushrooms or pasta salad. Will wait and eat at home. Husband’s pizza lacked the sauce normally on it. Will not be back to this one. You may want to stop cutting back items . I don’t see the prices cut back.
