Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love the food here and I always try to be polite coming through the drive thru. However I do not like being talked about where I can also hear you while waiting on my food. I misunderstood what the cashier was saying and she snapped a little and went to the manager to talk about me. The manager saw me looking and moved me up. That makes me not want to eat here. There have also been times I have come by when the eh were suppose to be open but no one would take our order at the drive thru.

I paid $32 for a family meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home and found 2 legs and 6 wings in the box, no mashed potatoes. Went back to the store and they refused to make it right.

$13 3pc chicken strip combo. Food was ok, but not more than ok, prices were ridiculous.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We sat here for 30 minutes waiting on two chicken sandwiches. When we got them, they were cold. There was literally no cars there, except for the people that worked there. They stood there with their finger up their butt while I was waiting for my food for 30 minutes. If you go there, it is your own fault. I will never be going back.

To purposely not accommodate"Popeyes Tuesday special" in this financially-poor region says a lot about this company. It's just a matter of time till they close.

The prices are too high and the size of the chicken is too small for you are aaking,

Person at the window was nice. Received my order after a short wait. Got home and the large side of beans and rice was not large ($8.00 charge for large side). Biscuits were OK, nothing special. Rice was undercooked and somewhat hard.
The chicken was very bland. VERY bland. Tasted like it was an old chicken that had been frozen too long.
The entire meal ended up in the trash.
Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

This is the best Popeyes. Always call ahead ask them to drop your order fresh. They take special request. Great staff and management.

Front desk employee was sweet, professional, and courteous. The manager however is extremely rude, unprofessional, and discourteous not only to employees but especially the staff! It's not hard to tell it’s a toxic work environment by how the employees act around her. Maybe if she would spend more time in the kitchen helping instead of standing there barking orders the customers would get served quicker. As a manager myself I could never… Shame. Do better. Now I know why they can’t keep employees. Nonetheless, the food was warm and tasted good. Definitely the kind of atmosphere to deter customers dining in though.

"Love That Chicken From Popeyes"

First time to this restaurant and I was delighted. I love fried chicken and theirs is delicious. There cole slaw was different and delicious, too. We both got specials and the price was about the same as anywhere else. But I'm telling you it was the very best fried chicken I have eaten in Rutherford County- maybe anywhere. Yum, yum.
