I purchased a $6 big box and an apple pie, service was great and the food is fresh and plenty of it

Great friendly service but the food was not good at all cold tough chicken ughhhh and they were literally out of 8 of the 10 items I tried to order

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every single time we've been here the service has been ridiculous. Order online and still have to wait 20+ min for your food in the parking lot.

Ok yall listen up!!!
I’m so so furious I can’t even explain!!!
So first off my chicken was dry I ordered a large fry and got i guess a small but they where just poured into my take out back not a fry container or whatever you call it. And my coke tasted like someone shook up up the coke machine and let it sit through the whole Biden administration.
Secondly I pull up to the drive through they tell me to hold on I wait 5 minutes I was the only one in line and no one was inside. And there mic was still on.
I pull up to the first window wait 4 minutes for the girl to take my money then to the second window to wait another 5 minutes for my food.
I mean come on guys it’s fast food if I wanted to wait that long I would’ve went to Texas road house.
The whole situation like the Biden administration left a bad taste in my mouth.
Also like the Biden administration I can’t wait until something else is there.

Waited for 15 minutes and they said they're be with me but instead took all the other people in the next aisle and laughed when I asked if they were going to take my order. Absolutely horrible service.

Food was delicious and fresh, the window staff was so friendly and nice.

I come from there, an African-American teenager served me... please don't take it as racism, I'm dark-skinned, Latino... but he told me that they only had wings, I ordered a 4-piece combo and he charged me 19 dollars for something that is really disgusting. .. the cold potatoes, the cold chicken, everything is very bad... I have been told that this place is good, it is some places, but the one in forest city is terrible.

The second trip here did have fries available this time. They were a little overdone. Staff still not clearly trained on register. Chicken had good flavor, still pricey IMO

They were very busy. Got served fast. Everyone i talked to was very friendly and professional

Not sure what happened but this Popeyes is no longer on the Popeyes app. That means no deals and no using your rewards points. Food is good just unreasonable at their standard prices

Not sure how this establishment stays in business. Either closed or don't have a full menu.

I love the food here and I always try to be polite coming through the drive thru. However I do not like being talked about where I can also hear you while waiting on my food. I misunderstood what the cashier was saying and she snapped a little and went to the manager to talk about me. The manager saw me looking and moved me up. That makes me not want to eat here. There have also been times I have come by when the eh were suppose to be open but no one would take our order at the drive thru.

I paid $32 for a family meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home and found 2 legs and 6 wings in the box, no mashed potatoes. Went back to the store and they refused to make it right.

$13 3pc chicken strip combo. Food was ok, but not more than ok, prices were ridiculous.
