All three of my kids meals I ordered I was charged for medium Cokes when I got to the window I asked the gentleman if he was out of small cups he told me no and I said well then why did you charge me 90 Cent for three different drinks for a medium when it's for a kid's meal I don't want them to have that much soda he Shrugged his shoulders and says I don't know so I overpaid a dollar for each kid meal that I got none of my kids meals had their toys in it all of my food was almost room temperature none of it was hot I ordered a large sweet tea I even upgraded it to a large with my meal that was for myself and it tastes like ice water there is no tea taste there's no sugar taste it just tastes like water my other tea that I ordered taste the same way and all of the four Cokes that I got all taste flat like they had just been sitting there I paid $61.67 to feed my family after school for way less than mediocre food I am highly disappointed I plan to call the store manager because this is unacceptable now I remember why I don't eat at Sonic Reached out to the phone number on the receipt to do survey spent 15 mins talking via text to the number for a im sorry........

Second time that we've been there after moving here and again there's another issue. We ordered two burgers and they only give us one. Fries are cold and when we try and call no one answers the phone. How can we get this fixed if no one answers?? Disappointed again

Ugh canāt believe Iām doing this but I have to out of principal. Yesterday at 5:30pm I got 3 shakes for myself and family. they charged me for āextra cherriesā 3x and that was about $5. However they didnāt give me any. So I wasted $5
Today I went t back at the same time (when I get off work) and got another 3 shakes and the guy running the window was very disrespectful to me and made me feel like an idiot. I told him I would leave to get the wording of my order right and come back when I did. (I was calling my order a milkshake instead of a sonic blast and master shake. so he was telling me āsorry we donāt have thatā or āsorry no shakes come with recess because recess donāt fit through a strawā) I got the correct names for the sonic blasts and master shakes and got one with extra cherries x2. When I got my order there was no cherriesā¦ I told the guy in the window and he told me āsorry cherries donāt come on sonic blastsā I told him I paid him 2x for cherries so he put some in a cup for me. When I got home the cup had 5 cherries in it. $4 for 5 cherriesā¦. Also instead of a master shake for my wife he made her a plain peanut butter shakeā¦. Iām done with sonic for awhile and that kid needs more training.

Review haven't changed. Food usually good but service terrible. Hard to get order placed, after pushing button get ignored or they just clear the board.
I just want to say what a gem Ale is. She is always so friendly and kind. She remembers my name and goes out of her way for customers. People might not think much of that but to me, she is fantastic. The world needs more friendly people like Ale. Working customer service isn't always easy. But with the world how it is right now, it's nice to see there are still some amazing people out there.

Food is hit or miss depending on the time of day. One big complaint is that sonic changed there fries to these new groovy fries and they suck there hard and sharp as heck and just not as good as the old style.

Ordered a couple shakes 4 to b exact n they made them all the same!! I was like wth!! Dang sonic pay attention to the orders u get n don't just make every milkshake a chocolate just bc y'all have more than 1 car , they was a total of like 6 cars !! I'm disappointed that I paid $26 for 4 milkshakes and a fry !!!!

My best friend and I came here and got dinner the other night and we were very disgusted and disappointed with it. Food had tasted gross and then we noticed hair in it as well. This was after waiting 20 minutes for the food that they also messed up originally. Definitely not a place Iād recommend at all.
