The Barista tossed the sugar packets at me on the counter and had the nastiest attitude. My drink was made incorrectly (no caramel in the Caramel Macchiato) and when I went back for it to be correctly, she probably dumped way too much caramel in the cup. What a horrible person to be representing such a wonderful brand.

Can’t support a business that practices labor union busting techniques and silences people speaking out about a genocide. There are much better coffee shops around here that taste better.
Went in with my wife to get a simple coffee with cream. Same order for both of us.NO CREAM ADDED by the employees.This wasn't a simple mistake. I watched them "add" cream to both of our orders with the employee asking their supervisor if they added enough. It was a lie and a scam.Very bad look for Starbucks. Not a good look for Ingles, either. And I love them.
Takes awhile to get your order unfortunately.
