I worked at Starbucks and know and this place tried to charge me for sauce when my drink doesn't get sauce it gets sugar free vanilla syrup and syrup comes with the drink 😆 Cashier was nice and obviously new, but manager if that's what he was trying to be was a joke. They permanently lost my business.

Come on. Everytime I order a hot chocolate is basically foam and no taste. You put no chocolate in it. It's disgusting. I'm paying a lot for my drinks, and you're skimping on the main ingredients. 5 times already this has happened.

This Store is in an Ingles so the atmosphere is what it is. Ive always found the servers friendly there. I love the one girl who always remembers my name.
Parking: You have all the parking available from the Ingles parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is open for all kinds of accessibility.
The Barista tossed the sugar packets at me on the counter and had the nastiest attitude. My drink was made incorrectly (no caramel in the Caramel Macchiato) and when I went back for it to be correctly, she probably dumped way too much caramel in the cup. What a horrible person to be representing such a wonderful brand.
