The Barista tossed the sugar packets at me on the counter and had the nastiest attitude. My drink was made incorrectly (no caramel in the Caramel Macchiato) and when I went back for it to be correctly, she probably dumped way too much caramel in the cup. What a horrible person to be representing such a wonderful brand.

Went in with my wife to get a simple coffee with cream. Same order for both of us.NO CREAM ADDED by the employees.This wasn't a simple mistake. I watched them "add" cream to both of our orders with the employee asking their supervisor if they added enough. It was a lie and a scam.Very bad look for Starbucks. Not a good look for Ingles, either. And I love them.

The workers are very rude and the drinks are poorly made and rushed i mean don’t get me wrong there are some nice workers and the drinks are good sometimes but 9 times out of 10 the workers are extremely rude and snippy and if i’m paying 7 dollars for a drink it better be amazing and so should the workers

Love the team at this Starbucks! I worked in Forest City for a summer internship and stopped by this location one day. The staff was super friendly! When I came back a few times, they remembered me and my order. It meant a lot that they took the time to get to know their customers and learn their names and orders. It made my mornings and I stayed a consistent customer here even after I learned there was another location closer to work!
