Live our local Starbucks. Fast and friendly service. Always ready to provide a pup cup. Always have a clean restroom. If you love the chain store. This is a great one.

Terrible drive through design. Causes major traffic issues when people end up parking in the middle of sparks road, blocking traffic in both directions.

Everytime I go no matter what time out how busy they are the staff is always friendly and in a great mood. The store is amazingly clean and the food and drinks are always made well. My normal coffee is always made exactly how it should and tastes the same everytime. I will always come back to this one for my coffee.

The service is fine at this location. But the consistency of the drinks and food is mediocre at best. Sometimes the drinks are amazing, sometimes there isn't enough sweetener, sometimes there is too much. Sometimes you get a mystery ingredient. Sometimes your food causes 3rd degree burns and sometimes its cold as ice. I mean I know there have to be protocols and recipes. I will say that if they mess up your order they will make it again and the people that work there are friendly but you never know what you're going to get. Could be the best latte you've ever had it could be the worst. Wouldn't it just be easier and less wasteful to pay attention, slow down a little and get it right the first time.

I wish I could give them a good review because some of the employees are really nice, especially Sarah. I just feel like they don’t care to follow instructions on drinks and they are ALWAYS out of food items. They’re currently out of like 70% of their menu. I get the same drink every day and there’s little to no consistency.

I usually wouldn’t leave a review like this, but I feel like this situation needs to be brought up. A few months back, there were issues at this store with a manager to the point I had to talk to a district manager. In this past incident, the said manager had what I believe to be a pocket knife on him when he approached me, mind you I am a small female. After talking to the district manager, I was told I could return to this shop and have no issues. Well, upon me returning to this shop tonight, I was treated with utter disrespect from that same manager. I was in the drive thru picking up a mobile order because I don’t feel safe inside that store anymore and upon getting to the microphone, I was cut off midsentence by the same manager that had been rude to me before and gave me an attitude. I will not support this store anymore. This manager needs to get fired because he was being so rude and disrespectful after months have passed since this incident. Also, when my past incident occured they said they weren’t allowed to pull security cameras and would only go based on what the employee was saying.

‼️ In honor of Labor Day, I thought I’d share a little leadership story (and a confession).
Exceptional leaders are hidden everywhere!

It is no secret I have a really bad habit… Starbucks.

But hear me out—coffee is cheaper than therapy, and SARA at the Forest City drive-thru is basically my life coach in a headset.

When she’s on the window, it doesn’t matter if the line is wrapped around the building, halfway down the road, it moves like magic. Sara is always chipper, kind, and smiling. Honestly, I’ve seen less efficiency at corporate board meetings.

This morning I told her: “I have to commend you on your drive-thru management skills.”
She shrugged and said, “I don’t know if it’s me.”
Umm, no Sara—it’s DEFINITELY you.

She laughed and said, “Well, feel free to leave me a Google review.”
So here it is: Sara deserves ALL the reviews.

I live for coffee. My work life isn’t sustainable without it. But Sara doesn’t just hand me a latte—she hands me the energy to survive meetings, conquer the impossible, and pretend I’m well-rested.
That’s leadership. The good kind—the kind you can’t find just anywhere.

So thank you, Sara! I hope you see this. And I hope the rest of you leave her an amazing Google review too. Because if Starbucks ever loses her, I’m going to need a formal bereavement leave.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks until one of the barista decided to tell me she wasn’t gonna argue with me because I wanted my drink made the way they always make it instead of her just throwing it together lol. Now all my drinks are terrible. Asked for a little extra Carmel drizzle today and they literally filled the cup a quarter of the way w Carmel. So much so it’s undrinkable. And I get the same thing every single time so they know who I am when I come through. I’ve never been rude to any of those girls, crazy how I just didn’t want it thrown together not made properly now everything I get is messed up. They need to do better. If they don’t like working for the public, they should find a job somewhere else. It’s literally their job to make sure the drinks are made properly. Is it not?
