Online order, asked for extra pickles & banana peppers. Got 3 of each. And it had more red onions then lettuce. Bread was wet mush.

Very poor quality subway. Waited forever for them to bring out my curbside order, didn't provide the juice box or apple sauce for my son's kids order, and have clearly not been trained on how to properly fold wraps and just literally rolled it with the ends open. Will not be back, this is not my first bad experience with them.

We decided to go to jersey mikes
As others stated they would not take my coupons. I ordered a 6 inch and was charged for a foot long. My entire order was close to $28. For fast food?! Will never go back to that shop again.
If you're doing an online or in app order, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT!!!! Items that are listed at the very top of the receipt are blatantly ignored. Called the manager and she could have cared less about my order not being correct. She didn't give 2 craps. Said she would put my name down and that's it. Not even an apology! Only went to the location because the one in Rutherfordton had already closed for the evening.I would like to be informed as to the reason why not one Subway restaurant located within Rutherford County North Carolina will accept the Subway coupons?!?!? ??? How is that right?! What Subway restaurant are we supposed to be able to redeem these coupons!??!❓ ?The one in Rutherfordton DOES NOT ACCEPT THEM, THE ONE IN FOREST CITY DOESN'T ACCEPT THEM, THE ONE IN SANDY MUSH DOES NOT ACCEPT THEM!?WHAT'S THE DAMN POINT IN SENDING COUPONS OUT, IF THEY'RE NO GOOD!? It's subway. It's going to go up and down depending on currently employees. Like most fast food. But as far as the 10-ish subways I've frequented I've had the least problems and overall best experiences here.(Rating for this store. Not Subway the company. The company would get a 0 star as they get rid of everything anyone actually likes and continually raise prices.)

Don’t send coupons if you’re not accepting them.
Went in this location last night to get a few things @ 6:35 p.m. There was only a few people in front of us and only 2 people seated at a table. They weren't busy at all. The 2 girls taking the order & making the subs, were SUPER NICE! The older lady at the register, not so much. She was blatantly degrading an employee, right out in the open. She didn't even wait until customers were out of ear shot or go behind closed doors... I didn't say a word and waited until my time to pay and told her what sandwich I had. She asked did I want chips or drink, to which I replied " No thanks but do you have any more cookies coming out?" There was only one macadamia nut, one cheesecake and about 10 double chocolate. She very rudely snapped "No. That's all I'm going to have." I was like okkkk... I just paid and walked out. Not very.... Managerly at all.... The attitude, the way she was talking to the employee right behind the register & the fact that everyone knows Subway has the best cookies...... So..... How are you not going to make more of a product, when you are almost out at 6:30 p.m. ? You are not closing for a few more hours..... Don't you think you'd want to pop some more in the oven? Apparently not. I don't go to this location ever.... This was first time I've been there in at least 2 years or more possibly. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with that lady. Bad vibe in there and it just makes me not want to go back to the location.
Vegetarian options: There's loads of veggies so no way you can't pick something even if it's just a protein bowl with no meats.
Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids meal which includes a sandwich.
Parking: It's a huge lot with multiple establishments.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is curb access for ♿️
Dietary restrictions: I am on dietary restrictions and could find something to eat here if it was only a bag of chips.

Great location! I've been there a few times, always clean, service is fast and friendly.
Vegetarian options: Subway is basically the only place that serves meat that I would eat at. I don't trust restaurants that have meat in the kitchen to really serve vegetarian or vegan options. At Subway it's a little different because they make the sandwich right there in front of you. I ask to start with clean gloves and a clean knife (which I don't usually have to ask because they do it anyways, but sometimes when they are busy they can forget).They put a paper on the counter and the bread on the paper. Then it goes to the veggie section and you can clearly see there is no cross contamination with the meat.
Parking: Ample parking
Being new to town, I went to Subway at lunchtime for a sandwich. After waiting in line for several minutes, I began to order my sandwich. I then saw a small, handwritten note taped to the food shield "We do not accept Subway coupons". I asked the employee and she only offered "You need to talk to the owner." Subway was already a little pricy but using coupons kept me coming back. I know these stores are franchised but corporate coupons still say Subway.
