Very disappointed with their service. I had one footlong and one six inch. They completely switched the sandwiches and the toppings around and didn’t put the right meats on. Had to go back up there and they wouldn’t even look at the sandwiches and they just said they’d make a new six inch after I tried to tell them the meats were completely wrong on the sandwiches. This is how the sandwich looked when I opened it. I didn’t ask for extra anything just the normal amount. Then the “fixed” sandwich didn’t even have all the toppings on it that I ordered. Nobody wants to enjoy an absolutely terrible looking sandwich like this and the bread is even messed up

The Herb

My family and I arrived at about 8:30pm. The girl making my sandwiches was sweeping up the dining room when we pulled up to the front she dropped/threw the broom onto the floor. We preceded to walk in and she came over to help us. I asked about closing time and she told us they like to close up about 8:50 so they can clean and leave. I wanted a 12in chicken teriyaki on flat bread but she only had a 6 inch available. So I took that. My girlfriend made it clear that she did not want her Italian sub burnt. Well the employee forgot and burnt it anyway. Then we paid and left. I give it 3 stars because it was a poor subway experience. The employee made poor decisions that affected my family's supper.

Had a coupon for buy footlong and a drink and get footlong for free I figured it would be cheap cuz I didn't have much money I had got two spicy Italians with a small drink and it set me back $23 that's the most I've ever spent at a subway for a sub I don't understand how buy a footlong get a footlong for free ended up costing me $23 when did the price get so high for a sub I don't think I'll be coming back

Was not a good experience. The workers were in a hurry to close up even though we were there more than an hour before closing. There wasn't even enough meat on the sandwiches to cover the bread.

This is the second time this has happened... order online to get back home to the sub missing most of the veggies no cheese barely any meat. The first time this happened I went back to the store. Today I don't feel like dealing with it as it's extremely hot out. I don't understand how hard it could possibly be to make a sub with the correct ingredients. Won't be back to this subway

We have been regular customers of this Subway since we moved to Forest City in January, 2023, ordering online at least every couple of weeks (sometimes more). At first, we could not believe how great the food and service was, and even commented amongst ourselves that it was the “best Subway ever”. However, over the past few months, we have seen a decline in the service (and thus, the food). We have had 3 out of the past 4 orders prepared incorrectly, despite tipping 15% on literally every order. The first time it happened, we chalked it up to an innocent mistake. The second time, which was just last week, the sandwiches were completely inedible and I had to drive back to the store to have the employees make two new sandwiches. Tonight, my fiancée’s sandwich is missing extra meat, both are missing cheese and weren’t cut in half, among a few other missing ingredients. We are simply too tired to drive back to the store tonight, so made do with what we received. We could possibly even look past the incorrectly made orders if the staff wasn’t so rude. Not only do they not greet customers at the door, but they can’t even be bothered to reply back with a simple “hello” when greeted. Very disappointed in the recent direction and quality of this store.
