The women at the window acts like she has 0 idea of what she is doing. Every single time I go she has a problem doing the simplest thing. The first time, you could barely understand what she’s saying at the speaker because she is talking gibberish. The second time- she repeated my order back to me(which was correct when repeated) get to the window she says I didn’t order what I ordered(after repeating that I did order that, she just never added it to my order) The third time she couldint do the simplest task of doing some of the payment on card and some on cash. Very disrespectful, and has no type of emotion in making the customers happy, nor fixing where she went wrong.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and is tear of trying to help me there only answer was they didn't control it but there isn't anything in the app to help cancel that order so I can place it at the correct store and then was just hung up on.

I ordered 6 tacos, a quesadilla, 2 Baja blasts, and an iced coffee. When it arrived, I couldn't find it anywhere, so I called my delivery guy and this guy, Charles, tells me that he delivered it to the wrong address. I drive over to the wrong place to ask for my food. THESE GLUTTONOUS FUCKS ATE IT ALL, and I never got my taco bell.
I only get fast food about once a month because I'm broke. But I know what I like for my fast food restaurants. I asked for two grilled cheese burritos and y'all gave me the burrito with no grilled cheese..just raw burrito. Do better. Not everybody goes to the drive-thru everyday of their lives. It sucks to waste my money on fast food. Just because it was a Friday night y'all can still do it right

On 1-16-25 I purchased a meal through your Drive-through and was helped by the most professional, courteous, friendly and efficient CSR- Davina S. .
She has served me 3X and every single time her service has been unwavering. I'm unsure if she's gone through your Corporate Training, though, her exemplary demeanor deserves recognition.
As a Former Bar Owner (among other things), I can only hope that she is recommended for Upper Level Management, Corporate Trainer, or ultimately, her own franchise store!
Please keep up the excellent work and you'll have my business when a Run For The Border is in mind.
