Food was disgusting. The lettuce and tomato was brown and rotten. Spent $30 and it was money in the trash. Cashier was nice but didn't pay attention when I told her no sc. I will never be back to this taco bell again

Don’t advertise things you don’t sell. Street chalupas are advertised on the windows, and they’re listed on the drive-thru menu. Yet when I ordered those, I got hit with a snappy attitude and “we don’t have those here.” I was giving this location a second chance after I got severe food poisoning from them two years ago. But whatever — I’ll go to the Shelby Mall location instead, at least they are nice.

They are good about not skimping products and are always nice but main soda is almost always out ( MD Baja blast , Pepsi, sweet tea), always a long wait, door dash takes priority over someone in the store. Ac is loud and you have to talk really loud to be heard but once it turns off it's deffeningly quiet. As an autistic person this is one of my biggest struggles in this restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru and had to repeat a portion of my order 3 times before they got it correct. I was just trying to order a #9 (Mexican pizza) with no tomatoes. When I got home, my pizza only had beans on it with no meat, and it tasted rancid like the beans or shells had gone sour. I had to throw the entire pizza away. The tacos that came with the meal weren't much better. Fortunately, my son's meal was okay, and he could eat his.

The women at the window acts like she has 0 idea of what she is doing. Every single time I go she has a problem doing the simplest thing.
The first time, you could barely understand what she’s saying at the speaker because she is talking gibberish.
The second time- she repeated my order back to me(which was correct when repeated) get to the window she says I didn’t order what I ordered(after repeating that I did order that, she just never added it to my order)
The third time she couldint do the simplest task of doing some of the payment on card and some on cash.
Very disrespectful, and has no type of emotion in making the customers happy, nor fixing where she went wrong.
