Tried the pecan pie for the first time and it was way to sweet. Also bought the apple pie, and it had was to much over powering cinnamon. Definitely was disappointed.

The building is very nest being that it has a vault and still seems very vintage. However, the food and service were just okay. In my opinion, the food and coffee are overpriced for what you’re getting.

Great small business to stop in and have an afternoon snack and good social conversation. Quiet environment, clean tables, cold water for self serve, fresh pies, cookies and great coffee. Highly recommend for a afternoon social stop.
Magic bars and coffee. So many great options and every kind of sweet treat you could ask for. Staff was amazing and so was everything we tried.

Great place to stop and enjoy a wide variety of treats! I had possibly the best lemon meringue pie that I have ever had here. We've never been disappointed with anything here. The pies, the cheesecake, the oatmeal cream pies, everything is amazing. Everyone has always been very friendly and service is quick.

I discovered Pie Safe Baking Company at their booth during the Cherry Bounce Festival. I chose the Cherry Pie Nachos which will be tonight's dessert. But as an impulse, I also grabbed a package of their Chocolate Chip Cookies, which are wonderful! Gotta say... the best chocolate chip cookies I have possibly ever had. I'll be sure to stop in their permanent location next time I'm in Forest City and further explore their menu.

What a gem! My husband and I are staying for the weekend in Forest City and this is definitely a highlight. First of all the atmosphere and the soft, jazzy music is just perfect. It’s wonderful sitting here with a nice snack and enjoying the atmosphere.I got the iced London fog, and it was incredible! And their little lemon keto cookies are delicious. I also got an Earl Grey gluten free scone to go. Again, wonderful! Surpasses my expectations, especially being gluten-free!
