The waiter was so high she didn’t even know what she was doing and the cook my son food wasn’t eatable the waiter said there get on my nerves and the women bathroom was nasty the floor was black never again the lost my business I am manger I would not let people work under me like that

The cook burnt almost everything, even the texas toast for my patty melt. I used to be a Master Grill Op for Waffle House years ago but I still don't expect perfection, but what I do expect is that your cook knows how to cook without burning food. Our bacon was burnt to a crisp, my patty on my plain patty melt was burnt and I even requested the the weight to not be used. The grits where garbage. The coffee even tasted funny. The waitress was nice though. The place didn't have very many people so they weren't busy. I just don't understand how the food could be so bad when you had plenty of time to cook without being rushed. The only thing that was decent were the hashbrowns and they were even a little over cooked. I will not eat here again without being a hugh thorn in the cooks ass next time. I will watch him like a hawk and send food back until it's right. I didn't send anything back and I was not mean this time at all, never even mentioned the bad food to them. But when customers leave 75 percent of their meal still sitting on the table when they leave, I hope they got the idea. My bill was over $40 and we left a $6 tip for the waitress. She refilled my coffee which gains you a tip regardless in my book, the only way I won't leave a tip is if my drink never gets refilled.

The shift Manager and cooks lie about you if they don’t want you around and they will call the law for retaliation if you file a complaint against them and this is what happened to me I do not recommend this particular waffle House. I have never seen anything like this in 40 years that I’ve been going to waffle houses

The food is okay. The service when I've come consists of this girl with glasses being more concerned with her phone than customers. The ppl cooking don't really speak. There's one girl that's super nice and chubby but that's it. I'm used to more friendly Waffle House experiences. They did seem nice to some other ppl though. I appear to a younger female of color for optics sake.

Went twice and both mornings my breakfast was wrong, from eggs to the toast. Forgotten sides, and had to ask for my eggs to be recooked both days.
My server Kandis was great and she was very attentive. But on the other hand when some people come in and try to sit in her section, the server Tony would talk all big to them and then tell them to come sit in his section and they would. I don’t think that’s very fair to her, that he is taking her customers.
