Just got Wendy's and ordered their grilled chicken wrap. It was falling apart with little to nothing dry morsels of chicken, too much ranch dressing, and the lettuce was wilted and gross. Fries are old, cold, and so salty! Both bacon burgers were also cold, barely any bacon. Our drinks were wrong, too. Tried to call the store, their mailbox is full. I will never, never go back there again. 🙄

The bottoms of the bags were soaked when we got it so the food was falling through. They put the absolute smallest amount of bacon possible on my burger. Like it was a small square. Not even a small strip or a broken strip. It was a small square on my burger. And they only gave me 3 chicken nuggets in my 4 piece. Very unsatisfied
Night shift is out of control....they werent even busy.... got our whole order wrong then tried to charge us $43...when we get to the window granted it changed to $23 but y'all were not even busy and messed up a whole order.... Anytime you call after 3 no body answers....this is an all the time thing...sounds like y'all need a new GM and shift managers. I would like a refund or some type of reimbursement if y'all ever decide to answer the thing that rings called a phone

Please crying out loud get someone who can run drive thur . I waited 30 mins in line and 20 at the speaker and still didn't get to order .Get to speaker waited 20 mins complete slience you could at least say I'll be with you in one moment or something!! Anything !!! I love Wendy's but out of all the Wendy's I have ate at this one is the worse and the only one that always has a backed up Drive Thur !

Extremely slow due to short staffing. No shredded cheese for the chili, chili much supper than previously. No Sprite Zero in main machine, had to get from counter and then not sure I got Zero. Last few times we've come couldn't get in dining room. Won't try Forest City location again.
