Whole 2nd shift on August 29th 2025 needs to be re accessed 30 mins per car for a fast food restaurant is straight diabolical. And when you finally place your order no other car is waiting at the window. Like they’re just taking and cooking 1 order at a time lol

My grandson and I went for breakfast. We literally had to wait over thirty minutes to receive our food. It was 9 AM and they did not have any biscuits thawed. I was never told this to begin with or we would have went somewhere else. Please do not waste your time or money at the Wendy's in Forest City! Mismanagement does not even begin to describe how this place operates!

Stopped for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese croissants which were tasty but barely warm and one order of potatoes which had no sign of heat. We visit Wendy's regularly for breakfast lunch and dinner. Most disappointing visit in a long time. Service fairly prompt.

No ketchup it's been hot last few days they put just enuff ice in your soda to tease you by the time u eat a sandwich all u have is a watered down soda smh
On multiple occasions the drive thru has taken ten plus minutes without taking any orders. I once sat for so long without anyone saying anything that I just left. Night shift issue.
Just got Wendy's and ordered their grilled chicken wrap. It was falling apart with little to nothing dry morsels of chicken, too much ranch dressing, and the lettuce was wilted and gross. Fries are old, cold, and so salty! Both bacon burgers were also cold, barely any bacon. Our drinks were wrong, too. Tried to call the store, their mailbox is full. I will never, never go back there again. 🙄
