I usually never say anything or complain publicly about fast food but Absolutely the rudest people I ever encountered girl working drive threw window on 1/24/24 at 3pm extremely rude over intercom and when I got to the window she shoved the drink into my hand and I said thank you and and she slammed the window she shoved my food into my hand I said thank you again and she slammed the window again absolutely horrible customer service I can’t believe that they allow someone who treats customers like that to work in customer service will never go here again

I work in quick service food. I know prices everywhere are going up, but i got no butter with the baked potato i ordered. I was not asked if i wanted any, nor was i asked about salt and pepper or sour cream. Butter and sour cream have always come with all their potatoes. Now lets get to the tea. When i am spending nearly 3 dollars on a small drink, I expect it to be drink not water. I imagine that the tea i received had been sitting for a while and fresh ice was added to it. Not impressed or happy, at all.

Went today to use the app for the first time to get the penny cheeseburger. I didn't know you had to tell the cashier what the app was being scanned for and the cashier didn't ask. When she couldn't fix the problem of the cheeseburger not being on the ticket she went to get the manager. She informed me we would have to make a purchase to get the deal and I pointed out the purchase was already made. She insisted she couldn't do anything about it and when I said you didn't have to specify at other places what deal you were scanning she said well honey, I ain't other restaurants. Very nasty and unprofessional attitude over something that could have been easily resolved. She also refused to refund my money for the second order because it had been processed correctly. Since when are managers allowed to do that? I hope the higher ups have a word with her about her nasty attitude.

The food was absolutely delicious so fresh everything was exactly how id ordered it to be and the fries were magnificent fast serving too

Something has gone downhill fast in the last few months. Gave it another chance after the previous customer service experience was poor and interior was gross as the drink machine was filthy and smelled.Tonight- I ordered a plain cheeseburger (attached photo of said “plain” burger)and a sprite that came with a mix of whatever previous dark soda poured. Sweet tea had a taste of soda in the cup also? The chicken sandwich we received was burnt and thrown together sloppily. Super frustrating and disappointing.

A Wendy's with no chili? One person on front register and drive thru. Sit at drive thru speaker for thirty minutes, with no order taken. Ended up going inside to find out there was NO chili

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while all of the employees kept looking at me but no one tried to help or say anything to me . This is after the lobby was closed at lunch. I really enjoy Wendy's food and prices but lost a customer for a while
