We had a online order waited over 25 minutes to get 2 loaded fries. All the while the drive thru was pumping food out. The dine in tickets was not going out in order (when one would come out here and there). The young man at the cash register was very polite. The only reason we finally got our food was the manager came out to expedite orders. The counter had multiple people standing around waiting for food. After the wait I expected our fries to be hot. They was ice cold stale fries. I guess they sat waiting to be loaded up.
Food was good. Ran out of ice and waited a long time in line to get some ketchup. They were out on the container.
Pd over 60$ for my order for 4 plates.. they screwed up my order 4x.. left out an entire order that was over 15$.. ordered a Cobb fried Cobb salad with ex cheese & eggs didn't get the fried chicken eggs or cheese.. pd over 13$ for a bed of lettuce.. these workers need to get off their phones & dobthe job they get pd to do
One of my favorite places to get chicken and the past couple of times I came here the food was fresh and tasty!
Turns out happy most of my visit here. The staffs are very sweet and friendly never failed getting the order and meal with efficiency on our orders.

Very little food, very large prices.
I mean atp I’d rather get a TV dinner the fries are never hot the boneless wings were almost not cooked had to reheat them and they always leave atufd out of the bag and act like it’s your fault. I’ll guarantee I’ll never go back to this location period

Staff is young and desperately needs management won’t be back to this location got our order wrong singing over the intercom and didn’t take our order for like 5 minutes very disappointed with the service
