I eat at a Subway just about everyday. I was told by the snooty lil blonde toppings are not included on sandwiches with numbers. Sounds like a case of laziness to me. Never been told that before. If you want you Subway sandwich your way, better go to a different one

Subway was almost empty inside & no cars at drive thru just me, yet I was at the drive thru for over 15 minutes, & the only words the drive thru man would say was (Welcome to subway can you please hold) in a passive aggressive tone. Very bad customer

Was told the all American club I could not get the double cheese as advertise by adding pickles to the sandwich or I would have to be charged for the bacon and cheese. This is indicative of poor training and/or management. I also had to ask and was not informed until I brought it up, in which the sandwich artist then stated that. Please provide the correct advertisement and correct verbiage to patrons.

This location has a high turnover of employees and it always seems employees are not interested in providing a good experience. They are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. This location is also frequently out of something.

Drove a mile off the ride on a ride trip just to wait at the drive through for 3-5 minutes with no one responding to us. Just a guy saying one moment in a stern voice when we asked if there's was anyone there. After that nothing.

Slow! Wouldn’t eat here again. Sat in parking spot waiting for food to come out. Waited 10 minutes. I had kids in the car and didn’t want to get them both out. Went to the drive thru and waited another 10 minutes. Called their number and nobody answered. Finally parked took 2 kids out of car seat and went in to get my subs I had already paid for. Never again going there. The bread was dry and there was too much mayo!
